*OCCUPANCY: Our property is great for families and small groups of responsible adults. Max occupancy is 6. We do not allow parties. We have neighbors who live in the facility and the expectation is that our renters will respect our place and our neighbors.

*NO SMOKING/VAPING - We have a zero tolerance smoking policy. We have special smoke/vape detectors in our unit. Smoking is grounds for immediate termination with no refund & up to $7k in fees.
