4 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen, 1 with three queens) plus two sleeper sofas, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 14. Large screened, non-heated pool with loungers. Garage converted into a game room with a ping pong table and beach chairs.

Driveway parking for up to five cars. Pet friendly, two hypoallergenic dogs under 20 lbs, fee per dog per night. Self check-in. No events or parties without prior coordination with the host.



The Space:

This home sits on Wilmington Island, about 10 to 15 minutes from both Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.



The pool is private, large, and fully screened to keep bugs out, with two loungers. It is not heated.



Four bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across six beds plus two sleeper sofas. Three and a half bathrooms. Two living rooms and a reading nook give the group room to spread out, with a dining room set up for two tables.



The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping pong table and beach chairs.



Driveway parking for up to five cars; please do not park on the street beyond the one additional spot noted in Guest Access, or on the grass.



Pet friendly: up to two hypoallergenic dogs under 20 lbs, with a per-dog, per-night fee.

Guest Access:

You have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events need to be coordinated with the host first.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits on Wilmington Island in a quiet, secluded residential area, with respectful neighbors on both sides. Convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and a Walmart and Kroger are all within about 3 minutes.



Getting Around:

You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are each about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are both easy to find. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is about a 6 minute drive for emergencies.
