Because of the pool & grill on property, we request that you sign a liability waiver before check-in.

Host requires guests to be 25 years of age or above and reserves the right to request a copy of all guests photo ID’s. In certain situations, a security deposit may be requested.

Note about pets - The HOA for our townhouse complex does not allow unregistered pets and will assess owners a fine if guests bring a pet on property. Additionally, we have allergies in our family and keep our home pet free. By law, we have to accommodate service animals however, guests must inform host about any service animals accompanying them during their stay and must send their ADA registered service animal certificate prior to check-in. An additional $200 cleaning fee will also be assessed in order for the unit to be deep cleaned post stay.
