Komplett renoviert, ist diese Wohnung etwas ganz Besonderes mit einem fabelhaften Blick auf Miramar Beach, neuen Möbeln, Geräten, Beleuchtung, Fliesen - alles. Es ist ein Gastliebling.

Crystal View ist eine wunderbare Wohnung für ein Familientreffen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, mit dem größten Balkon in der Gegend mit Panoramablick auf die 3. Etage auf den Golf.

Das Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen und Platz für weitere Personen im Barbereich. Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Granit.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit einem ausziehbaren Bett (entspricht 2 Einzelbetten). Es gibt Türen zum Balkon vom Hauptschlafzimmer und es hat definitiv die wunderbare Aussicht auf den Golf. Das Master-Bad ist sehr groß mit separater Dusche und Gartenwanne.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das 3. Bad befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.

Die maximale Kapazität der Wohnung beträgt 12 Personen, wenn die 2 Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer und das Daybed mit Rollbett im Hauptschlafzimmer genutzt werden.

Miramar Beach ist eine reizvolle Strandgemeinde mit Wanderwegen, Restaurants in Gehweite, Strandaktivitäten wie Jet-Skis, Paddle-Boards und Kajakverleih, die leicht zu erreichen sind. Weniger als 3 km von der Silver Sands Outlet Mall entfernt.

Der Strandservice mit einem Sonnenschirm und 2 Stühlen ist während der Saison (in der Regel zwischen dem 15. März und dem 31. Oktober) im Mietpreis enthalten.

We were awestruck upon entry into this beautiful space after a long drive from Illinois. The panoramic view of the ocean was breathtaking, both inside and outside, from the wrap around porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the large living space allowed for so many family memories to be made. The close proximity to the beach was a huge plus, with chairs and an umbrella set up for us daily. Our little dog, Jade, even loved the condo once she got over her vacation anxiety. The backyard potty area for dogs was easy to get to and I felt safe taking her there day or night. We would book here again! Thank you.

Yes, property was pet-friendly. Had a green space at the back of the property for dogs to walk and do their business. Waste bin and bags provided at the site. Condo across the street from beach with private access gate. Condo clean, well stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Host very responsive with maintenance request of one of the TV's. Issue resolved within an hour.

The balcony views were spectacular. We were able to stay and watch the fireworks from our own comfortable condo. Short walk to beach & easy parking. We want to return next year.

Fantastic location! Pool was clean, outside was as well. A couple of areas inside the condo were not as clean as expected. The WiFi would go out periodically but overall it was a wonderful place and we had a great week!

Refreshing Vacation!

Very nice property! The view was fabulous with the ocean right across the street. We really enjoyed the deck. We spent many relaxing hours there. The layout of the condo was great and it couldn’t have been more convenient to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Great Vacation

My family and I have been going to Destin for vacation almost every year for the past 34 years. This was our first stay at Crystal View condo's. Now I know how it got it's name. The view from our condo (302) was gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay so much, as we were driving back home, we enquired about booking the same unit next year.

Loved it!

This was our second time renting this exact condo. We absolutely love the location and love the layout of this condo. We spent the majority of our time on the beautiful L-shaped patio. Our two dachshunds came with us, and they also spent all of their time on the patio looking at the ocean and watching the walkers. It is steps from the beach, too! We will definitely be back. It was sooo relaxing.

Spectacular view

Spectacular view is an understatement. This is a wonderful property you constantly feel like you’re on the beach with the panoramic views. The unit is well furnished and completely stocked with everything that you need from A-to-Z. The beds are superior. Anything that you need the management is very responsive. And very friendly. Will definitely come back with my family. We’re traveling with a group of seniors and the accessibility of the unit is fantastic!!!

2nd time - still an awesome condo!

We stayed last year and enjoyed it sooo much that we made sure to book it again! We love the size of the condo and the location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe's. Last year we were not able to use the balcony due to renovations, but this year we spent everyday on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. The only downside was the outdoor furniture seems to have a design flaw and each chair had pieces missing from the arm rests or were cracked where the screw holds the arm rest. We absolutely loved our stay!! Thank you!!!

Best condo ever!!

This is a beautiful condo, immaculate in every way. We had a couple of very, very small issues when we checked in(no scissors in kitchen and no parking passes). I emailed the owner, and literally within half and hour she knocked on the door with a new pair of kitchen shears and parking passes. We were concerned about being across the street from the beach, but it was not a problem at all. There was a crosswalk in front of the condo and cars stopped to let you cross. Beach chairs and umbrella were included which amounts to a 250.00-300.00 dollar savings as well. We were very happy with the condo, location and the owners. In fact we are going to try to book the same condo next year at this time for two weeks.

Perfect location but try a different unit.

This unit needs a deep cleaning and some updating. Excessive dust covered all surfaces and vents and dog hair was on "clean" bedding. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable, so off season rentals with time spent indoors is not advisable. Had issues with broken televisions, missing remote batteries, an unheated pool, a broken elevator, and more. Most concerning, the front door sticks and requires strength to force shut. Fortunately the location and view from Crystal View was absolutely perfect, so we will try a different unit there in the future!

We have corrected the maintenance issues and the cleaning concerns. The pool heating was a temporary issue due to the history making freeze experienced during your stay. Your experience was out of the norm for our property. We work very hard to maintain quality in all of our units. We would have come and corrected these issues during your stay had we been notified. Stunning view

We truly enjoyed our stay! Perfect weather! Perfect location and stunning view! The place was very clean. The beds are comfortable and linens smelled clean. We did not get to see any dolphin this time but we got to enjoy the beach every single day! i highly recommend this condo! We are definitely staying here again!🐾🐶❤️
