Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This is the upper unit at this property, you have your own private entrance as well as private balcony.
This unit is located in a great beach neighborhood that is lively during the summer months. Please remember that the beach life can be a bit noisy at times.
