Amazing spot for a family of 4. We had a great time staying here. It had all of the amenities you need with two young kids and nice short walks to great restaurants and a liquor store right on the corner. Short walk to the beach with a coffee and ice cream shop on the way. Looking forward to booking here again.

The house is clean! While it’s showing a bit of rental wear (getting close to a paint refresh) the house is nice! And the location is excellent! Good places to eat right around the corner and less than a mile walk to “downtown”. We would definitely come back!

The thing we loved most about this bungalow was the location. It was so close to the beach and we were able to walk to dinner too! The place was cute and comfortable and perfect for a friends’ getaway.

I took my family over the Memorial Day weekend as a birthday trip. I was well priced for a holiday, and what we received. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive. The washer/dryer was a big plus. Also, there were bikes available to take advantage of all the trails, and we had a blast. My girls (8 and 9) had plenty to do and plenty of room, and we could not have been more grateful. Just stayed overnight on our way to Orlando. Located in a nice location with close access to restaurants and the short walk to the beach. Cute little cottage with a full kitchen and laundry. Only downside is it needs several cosmetic updates and the water didn’t smell the best and had a sticky fee. Could be common for the area? Overall a great stop!

The house was comfortable. Central location allowed walking to almost all destinations. Due to very foggy conditions we were unable to get in a sunrise. We love beach sunrises and do every chance we get.

We were quite pleased overall with this home and really enjoyed it as the base for our stay on St. Simon’s Island! The location is excellent- we found plenty of enjoyable ways to pass the days. All worked well for us at the house… the grill was almost rusted through and ready to be replaced, but we were still able to use it. Kyle was wonderful to work with!

Nice little bungalow

This bungalow was affordable, and convenient to everywhere. It was just a short 2 blocks to the beach. The furnishings were lovely. We spent 7 days exploring the golden isles and decided it wasn't long enough! The property manager is responsive should you need anything.

A few hobbies include golfing, triathlons, boating, beaching, snowboarding, scuba, hiking and really anything outdoors!

I am a well traveled Airbnb guest and know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience. My favorite countries visited include: Australia, Germany, and Croatia. As an avid cyclist my favorite trip was a cross country cycling trip to raise money for people with disabilities. Golden Gate Bridge -> Washington D.C.

Be sure to ask me about the best island food, golf, and adventures. I will provide great ideas!

This is truly one of the best neighborhoods on St. Simons, and most guests do not move their car after arrival. You can walk to the beach, some of the best restaurants on the island, as well as a brewery, and bike/kayak rental shop.
