Would definitely stay there again! It was clean , safe and had everything we needed plus a nice walk to the pier and restaurants plus pickleball courts a short walk from the condo. Loved it!

This property is amazing! This place has everything you could think of and so much more! Our host made sure we had everything we needed and communication was top notch! The walk to the beach is beautiful and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay here and will return again. The pool!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this property in a month. We had such a great experience the 1st time we decided to come back for my wife’s birthday. The property is centrally located so we could easily get to the beach, pier, grocery store, etc. in just a few minutes drive. The communication from the host is outstanding, clear and timely. We will certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was an easy drive to the pier and to East Beach. The place was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was just 2 of us, but could have easily had another couple people stay with no issue. We will definitely stay here again if available. The communication was outstanding as well.

This was a very comfortable place for my husband and I. Close to everything - only a 2 minute drive to Mallery St. (we could have walked but it was easier to drive) Parking is tough downtown so walking may be easier. It was very clean inside. The balcony is wonderful looking over the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bed - very comfortable. David was great to work with! The only complaint - Ladies - water pressure is very low in the shower but it gets you clean. It just may take a little longer. Luckily, I didn't have to wash my hair while there.

directions to how to get to the property we’re confusing could’ve been done much easier. Passcodes access codes, Internet, codes, pool, codes, etc. should be visible present in the condo laminated so a simple photo can be taken and easily accessed and not have to go back through text messages from the owner every time you need a code that was very cumbersome. Kitchen did not even have salt or pepper have to bring all your own minimal kitchen supplies otherwise complexes just average. It is not close to the beach that is accessible to the public.

For clarification for future guests, prior to check-in we send a detailed arrival message that includes the exact condo address and building/unit number, a site map, a video showing how to approach the condo, the condo door code, pool code, Wi-Fi name and password, and other helpful property information. We’re also always available by message or our toll-free number if assistance is needed during a stay. The condo is approximately half a mile from the beach, and many guests enjoy the ability to walk or bike there, though we understand that everyone has a different expectation of what they consider “close.” We also appreciate the feedback regarding basic kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper (but please keep in mind, this is something we do stock) and will take that into consideration. We encourage all of our guests to let us know during their stay if something is missing or not meeting expectations so we have the opportunity to help right away.

Relaxation Get Away

We wanted a couple relaxing days away from it all. That is what we found during our Pool View stay. Comfortable bed, relaxing pool, walking distance to a variety of good food, shopping, parks, and beautiful pier view.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The pool was right outside of our room and finding the room was amazingly easy! If we ever get the chance to return to SSI, we would definitely stay here again!
