(The city trash container is outside up the block) 3 - Leave A/C ON and turn off the lights. 4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button. 5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment. 6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property. 7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community. 8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests. 9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests. 10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM
Pets Policy: We take great pride in maintaining our property to ensure it`s in the best condition for all our guests. While we love pets, they are not allowed on the property to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for everyone. If you have received prior authorization to bring a service animal, a $100 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to keep the space fresh and well-maintained for future guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Amazing location
My family and I stayed at this property over the Memorial Day holiday and we were very content with the property’s location, seamless checking & checkout process. Property owner is very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed our 7 day stay. We really liked the openness of the space & excellent cooling system. Bathrooms are also very nice and functional. We highly recommend this property for your future old San Juan stay.

Disappointing
Pros and Cons, Pros: beautiful property, very nice furniture/furnishing, great location, great AC. Cons: property description state there was a smart TV, coffee maker, and a private balcony, NONE of these things were true. After multiple communications with the property managers they did purchase and deliver a coffee maker for us. They did not address the TV or the balcony issue which was disappointing. The property is beautiful but needs more furnishings or art on walls as it echos very loudly, would be horrible with kids or a rowdy group. It also stated that the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, we did not cook, however there were barely enough supplies to cook in that kitchen and no dishwasher so renters beware! I will say this is the first time I have every incurred this problem (thankfully) with a VRBO listing. I was glad we were at this property only a couple of nights cause the no TV was a bummer! After doing a little research we found that this is ran by a management company not an individual owner and multiple listings of this property on various sites were in fact incorrect. They did not seem to be interested in the fact that the listing was wrong at all. There were no discounts offered and we were told we were entitled to our opinion on the listing and our review. So like I said disappointing!
