And when your trip is over, checking out is as simple as locking the door - our cleaners will take care of the rest.

The front door opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances.
Farm-house sink with pull-down spring faucet, natural gas range/oven, and an ice/water dispenser on refrigerator.
King & Queen bedrooms are to the left, separated by a full bathroom.
Office space and laundry/coat storage are in the back, with a door to a covered patio.

Parking is available on the street.

This property is not furnished or accessible for mobility impaired persons.

House features a dishwasher, full washer/dryer, and a dog-friendly yard. The yard is not fully fenced, and is not suitable for unattended doggos.

There is a pack-n-play with mattress & covers, a stroller, a high-chair, a changing table, and plastic dishes for kids. The queen bed and roll-out twin are great for smaller family members.

*We are not responsible for liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

> Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 charge.
> Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 charge.
> Unapproved late check out fee is an additional $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM.
