Welcome to Stay Palm Co., a premium 10th-floor retreat at the world-renowned Shores of Panama Resort. Designed with a mid-century modern aesthetic and a palette of soothing natural tones, our condo is more than just a place to sleep—it is a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit.

Note: Our resort is making improvements with new stucco on the exterior. While this is necessary to maintain the beauty of the exterior, stucco work can be noisy at times. The work is being done on the exterior of the building, but it’s unpredictable where it may be. There is no work being done in the pool area. Amenities are not affected. Please message me with questions.

• Primary Oceanfront Suite: Featuring a plush King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. Wake up to unobstructed views of the turquoise waters without leaving your bed!
• The Private Bunk Room: Unlike many condos, our bunk area is a private space with its own full bathroom, featuring a Twin-over-Double bunk bed. Perfect for children, teens, or extra guests.
• Living & Dining: The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a Queen-sized Murphy Bed, and a Smart Roku TV with Apple AirPlay and high-speed Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
• Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary needs. If you prefer to dine in, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal while looking out at the ocean.

When you stay with us, you aren’t just getting a condo; you’re getting a world-class resort experience.
Note: Some amenities are seasonal (typically Feb 28 – Oct 31).
• Pools & Spas: Dip into the massive lagoon-style outdoor pool, relax in the outdoor hot tub, or head inside to the heated indoor pool and hot tub (perfect for winter months or rainy days!).
• Onsite Dining & Treats: Grab your morning donut and latte at the Onsite Coffee Shop, enjoy a tropical cocktail at the Tiki Bar, or have a delicious dinner at the Shoreline Bar and Grill.
• Beachfront Adventures: Step through the resort’s private gate directly onto the powdery white sands. The onsite beach booth offers Dolphin Tours, Parasailing, Banana Boat rides, and Jet Ski rentals.
• Fitness & Wellness: Stay active at the onsite fitness center or take a sunrise stroll along the miles of pristine shoreline.

Prime Location & Walkability
We are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, making it easy to explore without spending your whole vacation in the car:
• Groceries: A massive Walmart is just 0.3 miles away—perfect for quick runs or Instacart deliveries.
• Dining & Entertainment: We are within walking distance to local favorites like Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and several local seafood spots.
• Transport: Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the Bayway public transit system stops right near the resort.

The 10th Floor Advantage (Parking & Arrival)
One of the best features of our unit is the reserved parking spot (#1012).
• No Elevator Hassle for Groceries: Your parking spot is on the same floor as your condo. You can drive up to the 10th floor, park, and walk straight to your front door. This is a game-changer during the busy summer months!
Important Guest Information
• Resort Fee: The Shores of Panama charges a one-time $81 registration fee (per stay, not per person). This covers your parking pass and secure wristbands for resort access. You will receive a link to prepay for this 2 days before your stay.
• Check-In/Out: Primary guest must be 23+ years old. ID verification via Ring camera may be required. To ensure our cleaners have time to prepare for the next guest, late check-outs are not permitted.
• What to Bring: We provide a starter kit, but we recommend bringing beach towels, extra laundry pods, sunblock, and your favorite coffee.
• Elevator Tip: During peak summer (June-July), elevators are busiest from 11 AM-1 PM. Since you have same-floor parking, you'll use the elevators much less than other guests!

One of the best parts of staying at Stay Palm Co. is our proximity to the "Entertainment District." You can leave the car behind or take a very short drive to these fan favorites:
• Rock’it Lanes (0.5 miles): Located just around the corner, this is the go-to spot for family fun, featuring bowling, a large arcade, and roller skating.
• Coconut Creek Family Fun Park: Test your skills at their tropical-themed mini-golf or get lost in the giant Gran Maze. It’s a PCB staple!
• Race City: For the thrill-seekers, head over to Race City for go-karts, bumper boats, and a variety of fairground rides.
• Morning Beach Rituals: There is nothing like a sunrise stroll on the sand. Our beach is famous for finding seashells and spotting coastal birds before the day begins. It is the most peaceful time to enjoy the Gulf.

• The Sea Screamer: Just a short drive away, hop on this famous speedboat for an exhilarating Dolphin Cruise. It’s the best way to see dolphins playing in the wake!

• Pier Park (Only 5.5 Miles Away): We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from Pier Park, featuring over 120 stores, the SkyWheel, and the Grand IMAX Theatre.
