This home is absolutely stunning and so well equipped. We had the absolute best graduation/birthday weekend. We could relax and cook and just enjoy our time together. The kayaks were a bonus!

Has a wonderful time with ten friends and family for my husband's birthday over Memorial Day weekend. House is spacious and beautiful and the lake is amazing for bird watching and adventuring. Caddo State Park is close by and has nice trails as well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property.

We had an amazing time and definitely plan to return! The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the property was spacious, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the fishing, kayaking, and the awesome outdoor sound system.

Clean, well managed VRBO. Very comfortable for us 3 couples. The upper screened in area was awesome to hang out in. House is like brand new and well decorated. Nan was a great host with open communication. If you like Caddo, this is the place to stay.

Stunning property

I would highly recommend this property. Everything was just as perfect as the pictures showed. Each room was well stocked and clean. I cannot say enough positive things about the host, Nan. She was attentive and made the check in process so easy. The fishing and kayaking were fabulous the.downstairs basement was a great entertaining area. Lots to do. We will definitely be back.

What a surprise when we arrived with Christmas tree and decorations put up for our family Christmas gathering after Christmas and for New Years! I can’t say enough how much we appreciated all of the special touches upon our arrival not to mention the personal tour from Jennifer. The home is beautiful with lots of space to spread out and the outdoor accommodations are fantastic. It is all super clean and well cared for. We will definitely return. Everything was just perfect. We had a wonderful time! We were 4 couples that cruise together. The house was beautiful and was fully furnished. There was nothing missing!!!! Only thing, not in operation, was the stove downstairs. It would have been nice to have that, in working condition, but we cooked upstairs. The gas had been cut off to it, as it had caused safety issues with doors left open and pilot light being blown out. Beautiful home, great location, great host, so much to do.

Regarding the downstairs stove, we previously turned off the gas after an owner initiated health & safety review detected that open doors and blown‑out pilot lights could create a potential concern. From booking to checkout this was an exceptional experience. Nan was communicative, kind, and helpful with any questions. The home & property are both beautiful and immaculate! All of the outdoor areas were clean and fresh, no spider webs or debris, just a relaxing enjoyable space to spend time with family. Nan went far beyond being accommodating, it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend that loved us dearly and put a lot of thought and care into making sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed, as well as a few sweet surprises. She does hospitality on a very high level, and set a new standard for a rental property. We’ve never been so pleased with a stay, and we’re thankful we got to make some sweet memories at the Grand Mamou - Caddo Lake!
