Upstairs boasts an open concept kitchen and living space with two queen bedrooms and one full bath. Downstairs, there is a spacious king suite complete with a gaming area, ping pong table and adjacent bunkroom. The downstairs laundry and bathroom are equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable. There is ample outdoor space for entertaining around the fire pit or catching the spectacular sunrises over the water on the elevated deck. Just steps away from the house, the dock on the inlet can be used to secure your boat or party barge, offering easy access for the boating or fishing enthusiasts. For an additional fee a boat slip in the boat house can also be rented. There is an adjacent bathhouse with his and hers restrooms and an additional shower. The spacious lawn has a large playground and plenty of room for yard games and parking. The Dock House also has ample areas for bank, dock and pier fishing. The Dock House is located just off the main boat road A, providing easy and quick access to any portion of the lake. Just minutes away by boat from Earl G Williamson Park the primary launch site for most fishing tournaments in the area.
