Large open living room/great room with soaring ceilings, hand-hewn beams, and wall of windows with sliding glass doors to large wrap around deck, Peaceful, private surroundings nestled by pine trees, yet a short walk from Wellfleet's best bay beaches. The living room has comfortable seating perfect for relaxing or gatherings with friends/family after a day at the nearby ocean, bay beach or crystal clearwater ponds. The King's Barn has fully-equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances, and a separate dining room that opens to deck with teak dining table ready for Al Fresco dinners. Or if you prefer to eat out, some of the best restaurants on the Cape are a short scenic drive into town.

The private master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, large sitting area, and sliding glass door to deck overlooking large wooded back yard. The master bedroom has its own en-suite master bathroom which is a full bath. There is a half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor. The bathrooms have just been beautifully renovated with full baths stocked with Turkish bath towels and botanic bath products.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. A cozy, open loft overlooking the living room has comfortable seating and television. There is a full bathroom on the second floor with tub and shower, also newly renovated.

Comforts include central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower great for rinsing off after the beach. Bedroom and bathroom linens included for your convenience.

The large deck, which overlooks the wooded property, has teak steamer chairs, perfect for lounging, relaxing outside.

Walk to the beach--less than a half mile away for a day at one of the most pristine bay beaches in Wellfleet. Tennis players, don't forget your rackets! Enjoy a match or two on the association tennis courts. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the Fox Island marsh walk and Indian Neck area trails, kayaking and stunning sunsets over the bay.

Short drive to ocean beaches on the Cape Cod National Seashore and Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds. Short drive to Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, and Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment.
