Very nice stay, quiet, well furnished and equipped. 10 minute walk to Commercial street. If you enjoy a very firm mattresses, it helps. Hosts were very unobtrusive, Ian especially was a pleasure to chat with. I’d stay there again if we went back I think. Beautiful yard that helps you relax. A bit restrictive on hot tub and pool use, but manageable. Everything you need for a relaxing escape.

Quiet oasis convenient to everything

Great property with excellent hosts. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. Beautifully landscaped yard with pool, hot tub, firepit and grill. Groceries, gym, bike rentals, and restaurants just down the block. Commercial street an easy walk, or a quick bike ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely off-season get away

Although my vacation was plagued with bad luck in that my partner and I were sick the whole time, it was still a lovely little apartment in a fantastic part of town. There were some very minor issues with the property, but they weren't significant enough to warrant bothering the owners with and didn't hamper the experience. I think the only thing that would have improved the experience is more privacy to enjoy the pool/hot tub. But that's on my for not reviewing the listing closely enough to see the owners lived on site. They are both lovely people though and I would definitely come back.

Comfortable, clean & private with all the amenities. Walking distance to Commercial St.

It was love at first sight. This cozy little apartment is beautifully appointed. Pops of orange are scattered through the rooms adding a bright fun personality to the space. As you enter into living room you are greeted by two comfy couches. A mid-century modern table and four chairs make up the kitchen which is loaded with all the essentials, toaster, coffee maker, and every possible utensil. The bathroom is large with full sized washer / dryer and large walk in shower. There were tons of towels for showers and the beach if you need them. The bedroom has a king size bed which was so comfortable I had to look to get the mattress brand. The apartment is completely private from the upstairs home. The only time we were aware of anyone in the house was when the owner arrived home and his dog went charging to meet him. Its proximity to town allowed us to walk everywhere. This is the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway, we couldn't have asked for more.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at their place. All was exactly as described and even better really. Beautiful home and the pool and hot tub was great. My wife loved picking apples from their fruit trees!!! Great location with the short walk to Commercial street. Would recommend for sure!!

I will begin by writing that we have already booked our stay at this place for next year. That’s the best endorsement I could give. Jay and Ian were fantastic hosts. The property is exactly as listed. It is very comfortable, quiet and conveniently located to the grocery, gym and bike rental. We rented bikes and lived like locals, ending most afternoons lounging by or in the pool. If you’re looking for someplace quiet, clean and comfortable, this is the place. We can’t wait to return next year.

What a wonderful stay! This is a beautiful very well equipped property for a couple or solo. It’s very quiet, extremely clean and has a beautiful pool for this days it’s too windy at the beach. And the added bonus is it’s close to everything. Jay and Ian are wonderful hosts. This is the perfect property for a quiet getaway to the beach.

Was my second time at this listing and it’s the perfect place for a peaceful stay in PTown. The pool, jacuzzi, and privacy are great and Commercial is a very short bike ride away!

Great property close to everything!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Jay and Ian’s property recently. It’s in a perfect location close to beaches and downtown. The pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus, the unit was perfect for our vacation, we would definitely stay here again!

Another excellent stay

Such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The pool is so pleasant--the perfect way to beat the heat. The garden and fence also make it seem like your own private paradise. The occasional hummingbird in the flower garden is one of many ways this house fits in so well with the extraordinary natural beauty of the cape.

Perfection

The property was as described. A short walk into town and smack in the middle of things. Grocery store and liquor store so close. We did not have a car and didn’t need one! The home property was gorgeous! They made it ver convenient to use their pool and hot tub, though we only did once! So much else to see and do! We had a blast!!! Highly recommend this choice!!!
