Hello Francois. I will take the word rustical as a comment, thatnk you. Nothing is older than 5 years old int he apartment. Everything was clean when you arrived, I am sorry that there was an old stain on the duvet that the cleaning lady didn't see, yes, that can happen. Will be happy to welcome you again<¨

Thank you for your review. The fridge is a normal size for this apartment, and you are the first person to say the bed-sofa is not comfortable (?) In the meantime we have 2 brand new air conditioner units. By the way, the TV always worked, I wish you had said something and I could have shown you how the units worked. Have a great day! Barb

Thank you for your review. There are now new chairs on the balony, they were supposed to be delivered on the day before your arrival but were on back order so only came 1 week later. As you said there was no problem using the ones in the dining room. About the bed linens, as you must have seen there are extra linens (lots of them!) in the closet in the bathroom for you to feel free to use, and Christelle was always available for anything you needed. I find a 3 rating a bit harsch for problems that weren't really problems, but that is up to you. All the best, Barb

Thanks for your review Michelle, and yes the air conditioning is a problem and getting someone there to fix it even a bigger one. I didn't realise that chair(s) were broken, and will look into that. Also the TV- The problem is that tenants play with the controls and set it off track, but it should have been looked at before your arrival. Good Evening "Anonymous" I gather your name is Ian.... I was shocked to say the least after reading your account of the apartment. The "delapitated furniture as you call it is 2 years old. Unfortunately the family that rented before you made a hole in one chair, which has in the meantime been replaced. The bed linen is 1 year old, actually all bought of best quality in December 2015, as well as the towels that were bought this past spring 2016. Old? You were informed about the switch for the air conditioning and that a repairman was ordered (who appeared the day you left BTW) some repairs and mishappenings cannot be avoided unfortunately. It was high season on the Cote d'azur and the repairment needed 2 weeks before showing up. I welcome you to please book elsewhere in the future and not return to our apartment. I know for a fact that for the location it is a very good price when compared with sea view and size, airconditions, all bedding towels, fully equipped kitchen and free pool entry included (oh, and final cleaning). all the best, Barb.
