This listing is a short walk to upper King Street, the hub of Charleston`s top restaurants and nightlife. Step into a beautiful renovated Charleston style home in the Elliotborough neighborhood, appointed with chic, modern decor, pops of color.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes dining nook and all brand new appliances. There is plenty of counter to help you cook up a feast. The living room features a mounted flat screen tv, large sofa, and oversized arm chairs so you can relax while you are hanging in.
The bedrooms all feature comfy beds and windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The bedrooms include a queen bed, twin bunk, and king bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

We had a great time! Couple of things … recommend blinds that block light a bit better, and an additional chair for dining table. The road construction done in evening made sleep almost impossible - glad I had headphones. Out of your control - might be good to check in future. Thanks for sharing your home!

Nice Property and Responsive Management Team
This property was renovated and done very well. The beds are comfortable and enough space for everyone and nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have ice in there too.Not too far from King Street and could walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the parking. We have an oversized SUV and trying to fit into the parking next to the building was hard due to the other cars on the street. However, when we reached out they provided a parking pass we could use in the lot next to the property.Would stay again the next time we are in town.

Our stay was fine. I'm giving five stars because there were no issues and the place was spotless. The host was very eager to send information and responded almost instantly to our questions through the app. We didn't spend much time there at all. Just slept there.Here are some things I think others may want to know if considering this place. The place is TINY. The pictures make it look a whole lot bigger. It worked for us since we mainly just slept there but with just five of us (there was supposed to be 7), we had a hard time hanging out in the living room comfortably.You can hear everything. This didn't matter to us because it was all moms and daughters. Couples traveling together might not find this ideal at night time. ;)The neighborhood -- not the best. I wish hosts were required to show a picture of the surrounding block of homes to give an idea of the state of the neighborhood. There is a corner store at about five houses down. It has bars on the doors and windows, if that gives you an idea. Some homes are in serious disrepair on the same street. Check the windows before you go to sleep. Many of them were unlocked and there are no screens on them. Again, everything went very well for us and the place is absolutely SPOTLESS. First impressions were disappointing. I don't think we'd stay here again due to location.*Do NOT rely on just using the city's free shuttle system. It is slow and unreliable no matter what they tell you. Terrible.
