Overall the rental was nice and clean. The outside seating area was way smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It’s also not located in the safest part of town. There was a police chase one of the nights; someone kept ringing the doorbell and then no one there when we went to answer the doorbell; and there appeared to be some kind of criminal activity going on next door.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad you found the rental clean and comfortable. Our professional housekeeping team takes great pride in keeping everything fresh and welcoming, so we’re happy that stood out. We’re sorry the outdoor seating felt smaller than expected and that some of the activity in the area made you uncomfortable. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Awesome location, and plenty of space. We came up for New Years from Jax, Fl with a group of 6 adults. We had tons of space to spread out amongst the house. We were walking distance to multiple coffee shops and bars as well which was perfect

Nice and comfortable place to stay

Very comfortable and spacious place to stay. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Just know it’s a fairly busy area and can be a bit loud outside at night. Great cafe next door, easy walk to many bars and restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay in Charleston! We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. We cooked, played games, watched movies, and of course saw all the sights! The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, bathrooms and everything were all super clean! The location was great for our first time to the area! We loved it!!

Family Trip to Charleston

Great location and plenty of room for our family of four to stay for the week. The backyard area was cozy and the beds were comfortable (more than most VRBOs). We loved the pizza place, Island Provisions, and Browns Court bakery all just a few steps from the front door.

Great Place to Stay!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our extended family to stay while in Charleston! The house had plenty of bedrooms and enough space for the 7 of us to spread out. It was clean and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of several great restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive of many of Charleston's best tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The great location, nice space with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 parking spaces & high chair worked well for our family to stay together on our vacation to Charleston. Very comfortable beds & linens. Convenient to nearby coffee shop & local pizza place. Host was very responsive to my questions & needs! We would stay there again!
