The inviting kitchen, complete with a convenient breakfast bar featuring comfortable stools, is equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, a gas range, and all the modern amenities you need to whip up a family feast—or simply brew a fresh cup of coffee to enjoy as you watch the morning sun rise over the water. The kitchen effortlessly flows into a spacious dining area, where a large table awaits, accommodating everyone for lively dinners after a fun-filled day at the beach.

After your meal, retreat to the expansive living room, where lovely couches offer the perfect spot for relaxation. Alternatively, step into the bright and airy sun room, furnished with comfortable seating that lets in the fresh ocean breeze, perfect for reading or enjoying a casual afternoon chat. Journey upstairs to discover two additional inviting spaces designed for togetherness: a cozy second-floor den featuring a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Our personal favorite, however, is the stunning second-floor deck, outfitted with stylish outdoor furniture, an awning for sun protection, and sweeping views of the ocean—ideal for sipping cocktails at sunset or catching up with loved ones under the stars.



When it’s time to recharge for another day of adventure, retreat to one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms or the private bunk house. On the first floor, the lovely twin bedroom, adorned with coastal decor, is perfect for kids or friends staying over, while the adjacent queen bedroom provides a serene escape. Upstairs, indulge in the expansive primary suite, which features a luxurious king bed, an en suite bathroom with modern fixtures, and large windows that capture the breathtaking beauty of the water views—waking up to that picturesque sight is truly special.

For additional space, escape to the charming nautical cottage, perfectly situated steps away from the main residence. This cozy retreat features L shaped twin beds, ideal for kids or a pair of friends to share, as well as a sofa and nautical-themed chairs for relaxation. The built-in breakfast bar and table provide a convenient spot for casual dining, while the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and hot plate for simple meal preparation. The adjacent bathroom boasts a shower, sink, and toilet for added convenience. With its nautical-inspired decor and intimate atmosphere, the coastal bunkhouse is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and recharge for the next adventure.
