As you step through the front door, you are greeted by Salty Palm signature wall, To the left you will find the family room featuring a cozy fireplace, Roku TV and foosball table, offers a perfect spot for family movie & game nights and playful afternoons.

The primary Palm suite, a true sanctuary, boasts a Roku TV, ensuite bathroom with walking shower, water closet for privacy and walking closet. The Seaturtle room, sail away in the full size boat bed with pull out twin trundle. The Flamingo room features a king bed! The remodeled guest bath adds a touch of modern elegance to this wing of the retreat. The Nautical room has a queen bed and a beautiful pool view. The large screened porch has a table for afternoon lunch, a PIRATE BALL PIT (fun for the littles) and a POOL TABLE for the adults. The Salty Palm Bay Coastal Retreat is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the AMC IMAX theater. If you're in the mood for some water adventures, the river is only a short 10-minute drive away, and the beach is just 15 minutes from your doorstep. The host was amazingly helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Salty Palm. So peaceful and quiet there. We loved sitting on the screened in patio every day. Our favorite restaurant was Long Doggers! The home was very comfortable. Hope to have a chance to go back there again.

Lovely place, great location

I stayed here with some friends for a mom retreat and we had such a nice, relaxing time at the Salty Palm. The rooms were lovely, and you could really tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property and care about their guests. The home is a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants, and close to major roads to jump on the highway or drive over to the beach. The yard is huge! This would be a great place to stay if you were traveling with kids.

I’ve visited family in Palm Bay for many years and have stayed in many VRBO properties, all have been worthy of additional stays. This property and the hosts were as close to perfection for our family as we’ve gotten. Excellent communication from reservation to departure. Very clean and well-maintained property inside and out, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, and plenty of parking. Beautiful rooms, well-stocked bathrooms, and extra sofa beds. Family-oriented (our youngest had just turned 2) with the special play areas, tons of family games, a fenced-in yard, a pool, and travel bed and high chair. Days were filled with at-home activities rather than cell phones (for the older kids) and days running to the beaches, although beaches are close for those who prefer them. This home has just become our number one choice when visiting. Many thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Wonderful House and Host!

I would HIGHLY recommend The Salty Palm! The pictures don’t do justice the this beautiful and fully equipped house. Very clean and just what we wanted as a family, especially with littles. The back yard is fantastic for the kids to play, we brought bikes and a little fold out pool, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, connect four, and the corn hole boards! Not only equipped with all the appliances you may need but games too, from cards/games to kid/baby toys, fun for all ages! Hosts were very responsive, checked in often to see if we had everything we needed and worked with us when we decided to extend our stay at this wonderful home! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Awesome place, very nicely decorated and well setup. Unfortunately the weather prevented use of the really nice pool for most of the visit, but the house had tons of indoor activities to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely consider this place again next time we're in town.

The pool was enjoyable although it was a little cold and the lights at night didn't all work. The bed in the nautical room for some reason made two of my kids break out with a rash and there was no cutting board in the kitchen. Other than that the house was comfy and Beautiful it fit our family perfectly.

We did want to mention that there is typically a cutting board on the counter by the lamp, as well as two stored under the counter to the left of the dishwasher. We’ll be sure to double-check that they’re still there and haven’t been removed—thank you for bringing that to our attention. We’re so sorry to hear about your children experiencing a rash—that’s definitely concerning. For reference, we use Tide on all of our linens along with Bounce dryer sheets, but we truly appreciate you letting us know so we can continue to monitor and ensure everything is as comfortable as possible for future guests. Regarding the pool lights, they are on a turn dial located to the left of the doors. They can be a bit particular and require a short pause between each setting for the colors to change properly—we’ll also take a look to make sure everything is functioning as it should.
