*IF you leave the door to the balcony open the HVAC coil will freeze and it cannot cool the condo. If we have to send out a tech to repair the unit and the coils are indeed frozen YOU forit you will be responsible for covering the cost of the repair!*

Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
It is prohibitive to allow children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at all times.
