The view is fantastic and right on the dunes facing the ocean. Can't beat that. The management company texts and emails all the info you need for check in/out and is responds quickly to any inquiries. It was clean inside and included a lot of welcomed items like hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen sponge, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towel rolls, and trash bags. The unit is not new and the furniture has had some use, but it's not bad. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook. There was a bit of a moist, musty smell when we first arrived but opening the front and back doors to the screens and getting that coastal breeze through the unit took that away quickly. It is a 3 story walk up of 56 steps so you need to be able to handle the climb. All in all, it was a great location and a good unit for a beach stay.

The location was close to the center of boardwalk activity and the views form the deck were beautiful. The place was clean and the AC was cold. Kitchen appliances worked and the dishes and utensils were good. Washer and dryer were good. Parking was good. The white cotton towels were very nice. As with all floor designations at the beach the ground floor is not the first floor so third floor is actually the fourth story. The third floor walk up and down was tough. The stairs were wide and in good condition but it's a long way up and down when carrying anything. (Somehow I thought I booked a first floor [second story] unit, my mistake.) The living room seating, a couch and a chair were uncomfortable and hard to get out of because the springs and/or cushions were blown out and you were sitting very low to the floor. The beds were o.k. TV was o.k.Carolina Realty was communicative and entry and exit were easy with only a door code needed. For this property I was not required to strip the beds which was appreciated.

Amazing location and views

We stayed for a long weekend and it was great. When the beaches were crowded we could enjoy the ocean from the balcony. Perfect size for a family of four. Right beside the public access so easy to get to the beach. Only issue was the main toilet was broke for a month, according to the date on the note. If it was more than me and my husband it would have been a huge inconvenience all using the bathroom attached to the main room. We would love to book again.

Listen, I don’t like writing this, but it’s better to be honest to the next people booking. ALL FURNITURE appears 20 years old: used, dank, sinking in, and definitely skeevy. The couch was sinking. The rug under the couch was disintegrating from age. The leather recliner was fading from being worn. The beds were worn down to the springs. I could not let my toddler son touch the floor in any way at any time. The shower and shower curtain were moldy, as well as the parts of the bathroom ceiling.What upsets me the most is two fold: this furniture could have been replaced many times even from a consignment like Goodwill or Salvation Army, for a couple hundred dollars. By the time you get down to the moldy shower and shower curtain that the dollar store replace for 1, the rug that is so cheap to replace from Big Lots for 20, but wasn’t, the only assessment is that no one is taking the time and interest to improve the property. This leads me to the second thing that upsets me: the price. IF the property is going to be dusty and dingy, at least bring the price down. At 400/NIGHT?!?!? I can and have gotten other beachfront hotels in many other cities for less and the reviews were 5 stars. So the view is good but not enough to compensate for Dilapidation. This is taking my best dollar but not treating me like their best guest. I’m disappointed in their lack of pride. In this economy, ppl are much more choosy. You have to do way more to earn business. This was a nonstarter.

Property was clean and well stocked. Location was amazing! Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. My family of four loved this place and I would definitely stay again. I was worried about all the noise from the boardwalk but it wasn’t an issue. Wonderful place and check in/out was a breeze.
