Lovely Condo with Ocean View

The view of the dunes and ocean from the screened in porch is beautiful! The decor/furniture in the condo is just lovely and very comfortable. The luxury linens were provided. The bathroom was very suitable. Wifi connection was great and we enjoyed streaming movies on.big screen TV. The location was secure, convenient and easy to find.

We had a perfect experience vacationing here. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. Our favorite part was walking the beach at Hunting Island, which is 5 minutes away. The owner provides a pass so we took advantage of that each morning and evening. We also enjoyed the pools, local restaurants, and historic Beaufort. Charleston and Savannah are easy day trips. If I could give more stars to this rating I would. Highly recommend!T & B

I stayed here with my wife, daughter, and sister-in-law on the Fourth of July. It was as calm/quiet as I thought it would be. The apartment is small, but it is well-equipped, clean, and has a nice ocean view.

The property was very airy and open, the view from the screened in porch was very beautiful and you could see the ocean well. It was a great size and space for my husband, myself and our little dog for the weekend! It was nice to have the extra half bath so we didn’t need to share. Crystal was very quick to respond when we wanted to download an app on the Roku tv so that we could watch the NBA playoffs, too.

Well appointed condo, close to the beach

The property was thoughtfully decorated and had one of the best stocked kitchens that we've ever stayed in. Super easy walk to the beach, and the pools were great as well. There were also food trucks almost every afternoon at the Green, which was only a few steps away! Would definitely recommend.

Super clean.

Beautiful view, very clean, kitchen well stocked, no clutter at all under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Closet was the same way, clean and neat. Very close to the beach and pool. We will be back for sure to this condo. We've been coming to Hunting Island and Habor Island for 20 years, love it and this condo was perfect.

Very clean, well-appointed and provisioned, quiet 1 bedroom apartment with a screened porch and an ocean view. Elevator and stair access. Perfect place to rest with a long beach for walking just over the dunes. Nearby Hunting Island - great natural beauty, a lighthouse for climbing, trails, long stretches of beach. A few restaurants in immediate area and many choices heading back to Beaufort.

Really impressed with our accommodations, location & amenities available. Unit was clean, comfortable & well stocked kitchen items. Absolutely loved the beach chairs provided. Tried to find the brand of the chairs but nothing available on the chairs themselves. Would really appreciate the brand name of the chairs so we can purchase to use at other vacation sites. Wonderful trip

The listing was everything and more. The place was extremely clean and immaculate. Loved the beach theme of the decor. The unit is located within walking distance to the beach on the property. Had everything you need at the place such as cable TV, everything you can think of in the kitchen to cook or grill out. The view is amazing to see the ocean. Very close St. Helena Island and about an hr to Hilton head island. The location is perfect. Absolutely no negatives about this place. Would definitely visit and rent this unit again, for sure!

Spring break stay

Condo and property very clean. There are no ramps to pull your luggage up and staying for a week we had a lot of stuff. It did have an elevator but you had 2 flights of steps to get to it. The elevator was in the middle of the complex and we were on the end. The beach was nice and quiet, not jam packed like other beaches. The kitchen had everything you need .

Perfect condo!

One week before my husband and I were suppose to go on vacation, our original condo had major plumbing issues so our reservation with another company was cancelled. We had rented an oceanfront unit and there wasn't any available with only one week to book. We booked this unit as it has ocean views and couldn't have been happier! The condo building we were in only has 1 bedroom units so there were very few children and it was very peaceful and quiet. While my husband and I love children and have grandchildren, one reason we get away is for the peace and quiet that we desperately need. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need (and more!) The king size bed was extremely comfortable as was the living room couch and outdoor patio set. We spent many evenings on the porch with a cold beverage talking, looking at the ocean and listening to the waves/birds. How the condo faces there is shade on the balcony in the afternoon and evening. Even though there isn't a washer/dryer in the unit, there are 2 washers and dryers on every floor for use without an extra cost. I never had any issues with them being available for use. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is that it would help to have brighter lighting in the main bathroom. It is a little dark where the bathtub area is. That being said, the place was paradise for the 2 weeks we spent there.

Great, quiet location

We love Harbor Island. It is quiet and beautiful. The condo complex is super convenient, very short walk to the beach. This unit, while it wasn’t dirty, was very cluttered. The kitchen was outdated and cluttered. There was nowhere to place our groceries. (We had to use the dining table). Yet there were 3 different styles of coffee makers, a salad spinner, etc. There were 10 year old magazines in a huge basket in the bathroom (which is gross). There were so many knickknacks on the small bathroom counter that there was no place to put anything. The hall rug seemed to be made for outdoors - you have to wear something on your feet. The living room sofa and old rocking chair were not comfortable to sit on. We couldn’t sit out on the screened in porch because there were so many pillows cluttering, so many random decorations on the wall it was distracting, and the outdoor chairs actually hurt to sit on. The bedroom closet was so full of random things - there was literally nowhere to put our small suitcases. The hall closet was broken. Every square foot in this unit has a decoration - every wall, every table. I am not a clean freak - but this was excessive. On the positive side: it is super convenient to the pool and beach; the property managers were awesome - they responded super quick when the bathroom vent fell from the ceiling, and the water all of a sudden stopped (local construction - no advance notice); and it is quiet. When we return to Harbor Island, we will try to get the units we stayed in previous years, but would not rent this one. Again, it is clean, but cluttered. If the owner removes 90% of clutter, gets higher quality furniture that can withstand weekly rental, and repairs kitchen cabinet doors that don’t close and broken closet doors that don’t open, this unit has the potential to be lovely.

In 2019, my husband and I realized something important - we had never truly taken a vacation. Life had been busy with work, parenting, and the day to day hustle, and we hadn’t prioritized time just for us. With the help of a family member who offered to watch our son, we finally had the chance.

We began searching for somewhere special online, not just a beach town, but a place that felt one of a kind. That’s when I stumbled across a listing for a cozy one bedroom condo on a private island. It felt too good to be true: peaceful, affordable, and surrounded by nature. We took a chance and booked it.

That trip changed everything.

We spent the most incredible week of our lives walking along quiet shores, spotting dolphins, collecting shells, and reconnecting in a way we hadn’t in years. We explored local produce farms, savored fresh seafood, and simply slowed down. The peaceful stillness of the island, the magic in the air and it stayed with us long after we returned home.

From that moment on, we dreamed of owning a place just like it, somewhere to return to again and again. For a few years, nothing felt quite right... until 2022. We were casually browsing beach listings, and there it was, the exact same condo where our story began. It felt like fate. We didn’t hesitate.

We bought it, and now we’re honored to share it with others.

Every time we drive onto the island and ride down the lane lined with palm trees, greeted by sweeping views of the Lowcountry and the scent of the ocean in the air, we feel that same peace and magic all over again, It brings us so much joy to welcome guests who are looking to reconnect, recharge, or just experience something truly special.

Our condo is a rare gem that offers guests an unforgettable blend of natural beauty, quiet charm, and coastal magic. What makes our property truly unique is its location and atmosphere: it sits on a private island teeming with wildlife, framed by palm trees, salt marshes, and ocean breezes. The moment you drive down the lane lined with palms and feel the hush of nature settle in, you’ll know you’ve found something special.

Our one bedroom condo is part of a special community that feels far removed from the busy world, yet it's only 20 minutes from the heart of Beaufort, a town steeped in Southern history and famously featured in Forrest Gump. The shrimping docks, moss draped oaks, and timeless streets nearby feel like stepping into a movie scene.

Harbor Island itself is a haven for nature lovers: dolphins swim just offshore, seabirds soar overhead, and the untouched beaches are perfect for shell collecting, sunrise photographs, sunset walks, and stargazing. You’ll often see egrets, herons, and even sea turtles in nesting season.

What makes our condo extra special is its intimate connection to our story, it is the very same place where we fell in love with the island during our first ever vacation together. We feel honored to now share it with others looking to recharge, reconnect, and make their own cherished memories.
