Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo in the heart of Kapaa, Kauai! Perfectly located for exploring the island, this cozy retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a private lanai to enjoy the tropical breeze. Just minutes from beaches, shops, and dining, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or adventuring around the island, our condo is the perfect home base for your Kauai vacation!

The condo is set up and perfect for two guest but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with the provided rollout bed and air mattress. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. With a full kitchen at your disposal you have the option to cook (or not)! There are several BBQ’s with picnic tables on the property.

**Important Notes:**
- **No Smoking:** The entire unit, including the lanai, is smoke-free. A designated smoking area with a bench is available in the parking lot.
- **Island Wildlife:** Kauai is a paradise not just for humans, but for chickens, roosters, and geckos as well! These friendly creatures play a role in keeping the island’s ecosystem balanced.
- **Native Insects:** As part of the island’s lush, tropical climate, native insects are occasionally present. While we take great care with pest prevention, it’s always possible to encounter them during your stay.
