Outstanding Rental Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was accurately described on the rental site. The cleanliness was exceptional and the decor was tasteful and added to the comfortable ambience throughout. We have rented many units through the years and this unit was by far the nicest we have ever experienced. There is not one item that I can note that detracted from our stay. I would highly recommend this unit and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our vacation rental experience was very good. A few negative things: upon arrival our code to get in did not work. Front desk connected me with another person who gave us her code to use for the week - I thought it was odd that we weren't given a new code. Next, the fire alarm in our condo went off in the middle of the night on Sunday, I believe - we walked around the condo, opening doors & cupboards but nothing was on fire (obviously) nothing was hot or out of place....except for the alarm that eventually went off after a couple minutes. Husband noticed that there was no alarm or detector in the main bedroom, but there were brackets where it was probably supposed to be. Next, our coffee overflowed twice, never figured out why as I've been using a pot like that one forever myself. It had not been overfilled or anything, only a partial pot, so I thought that was odd. Lastly, we had a hard time figuring out why there was so much stickiness in the room - even with thermostat down & fans running, it was a bit uncomfortable, hard time getting towels to dry, uncomfortable in bed sheets.

We're currently reviewing our access procedures to ensure each guest receives a unique and secure code moving forward. We also appreciate you bringing the fire alarm and thermostat concerns to our attention. Safety and comfort are top priorities, and we will promptly look into the missing detector and evaluate the HVAC system in that unit.
