This clean and well-appointed 4th floor Sterling Sands unit is an absolute gem...it features all of the amenities, was not rented by the private owner for more than 10 years, and features an amazing, large balcony with unobstructed views less than 30 yards from the stunning white sand. It's a quiet location in the middle of all of the Destin fun, with easy, expansive private beach access, private parking, a newly resurfaced heated pool, a private fitness center, and a covered grilling area.

Fantastic Property

My husband and two adult sons wanted a beach getaway and this was it. This property was very clean and right on the beach just as stated. Heated pool and hot tub, private beach with chairs to rent and pristine white sand. Close to restaurants and merlins pizza coffee and breakfast places. We will def visit this specific spit again. The room itself is very well appointed with a balcony and plenty of comfortable seating a tv in every room, and thoughtful kitchen amenities. I just loved all of it!

This is an awesome place to relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean front view from the beach or balcony. It was the best vacation me and my husband have had in 40 years! We loved every minute of our stay, and the host was great as well.

Great spot in Destin

We had a blast. Things we loved about this place was proximity to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded so we always got straight out to a desired spot and there weren’t tents everywhere blocking line of sight.

Paradise!

Everything about this place was Amazing! The condo had a spectacular view from the balcony! We enjoyed watching the dolphins! It was beautiful inside, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean!! Easy check-in and the owner checked on us mid week to make sure everything was ok. We were there for a baseball World Series and it was a great location close to the fields and restaurants. We did not want to leave! We rented a boat and went to Crab Island one day and it was so much Fun!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Beautiful beach condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and is just as shown in the pictures…even better actually! The view is amazing in itself. Nice furniture on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view of the water or the pool area. The indoor furniture was very comfortable as well. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen. Our teenagers were especially happy that the second bedroom had two queen beds and the sound machine was a very nice touch! Everything was in working order and we had no issues. The owners/management was super easy to work with and communicated very well. Check in/check out was very easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!
