Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching a beautiful sunrise? Wow. Very well stocked condo. The owners thought of everything. But the view was the best part.

I highly recommend this wonderful property. It was very nice and exactly as the pictures showed. The location, the balcony, and the beach are fabulous. We really appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and towels that were provided. Roberto sent us clear directions and check-in was easy. He was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The rooms are very nice and clean, the view from the balcony is fantastic! The apartment is well stoked - we found everything we needed. The host Roberto is very friendly and easy to rich, although we did not have any problems.Altogether, our stay was perfect!

Beautiful view. Well-equipped condo with just about everything you need for a beach vacation. The views are amazing and the access to the beach is so easy. Water was kind of rough but still got my feet wet. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved the staying here! The host was great and helped us find a cake for a birthday! Our washer was broken when we arrived and the host needed the access the place for about an hour but was accommodating with offering to assist with our laundry.

Beautiful condo

The condo is excellent. The layout is perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends with a bed and bath on each side of the common area. The views from the balcony are amazing. The whole apartment is well furnished, they provide everything that we needed. The location is also perfect. Its very close to the downtown area, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also just a short drive to bigger beaches and the Luquillo Kiosks. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment/condo was in wonderful condition. It had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciated that it had a good stock of things like soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. It was nice to not have to purchase those things for our stay. The check in process was easy and the directions to the property were clear. The host was in good communication before and during the stay. The only hiccup we had was that the washer was not functional because it was leaking. A new unit was purchased while we were there, but it did not get delivered in time for us to use it unfortunately. The host lives nearby and did offer to do our washing for us offsite free of charge, but we were able to manage without. The pool on the property was large and never seemed crowded, which was nice.

Amazing apartment

This was truly an awesome condo. Very clean, well stocked, tastefully furnished, gorgeous view, steps to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers and an umbrella provided. We left behind two new boogie boards as well, so hopefully they'll be useful to future visitors The owners were super pleasant and helpful. Another very big plus is that there's a large battery that can be used in the case of a power outage, which came in very handy because we were there during the island wide outage. It can power the whole apartment. All in all, we loved our stay here, really a top notch property. Thanks a lot Roberto!

Breathtaking View! Beautifully Decorated!

PERFECT stay 2/15 - 2/201. Very late flight from NY and got to the apartment at around 2:30am. Guard at the gate let us in and then a guard at the front desk let us in (24 hr service). Building was very accessible and check in was easy. Very safe and secure. Need a car to drive around to local restaurants otherwise walk for 15 min. Kioscos a much longer walk.2. Apt was very clean/nicely decorated. Great layout- Master bdrm was on left side of apt and 2nd bdrm was on right side (LR/DR separated the 2 sides for privacy)3. Beds/pillows extremely comfortable; The sound of the ocean lulled you to sleep.4. Loved lounging on the terrace. View was spectacular!!!5. Owner provided everything you need for the beach - towels, 4 chairs, beach bag and cooler- even had ice packs for the cooler in the freezer. No umbrella - plenty of shady palm trees to sit under.5. Kitchen equipped with most of your cooking needs. There is a regular coffee maker - my suggestion to owner is to provide a little bit of coffee (like maybe a packet or 2) OR provide a Kuerig so that guests can easily pack pods from home. I am a HUGE espresso drinker so it would have been great if I could have brought pods.6. Large supermarket across main hwy (3 min drive)7. MUST go to Richie’s Restaurant- incredible food and spectacular view!!! About 12 minute drive.8. MUST go to Patio 773 - great food across from beach!9. MUST go to Coffee Therapy!10. Owner Roberto- extremely easy to reach & helpful!

There’s a reason this property is so highly rated. The view is unbeatable, and the owner was very communicative, making sure everything was going smoothly. The unit is well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and it’s fully equipped. Everything was clean and it was very well equipped. I’ve stayed at other units in this complex, and this one is by far the best. When I come back to PR, I hope it's available again!!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals. Roberto was by far the easiest to reach and communicate with. It was normally only seconds until he replied back to me. The apartment is remodeled and was in great condition.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

More authentic puertorican than the capital. However we are located just a 25 minute drive to the main airport in San Juan.
And Luquillo is a small town of easy access, just 10 minutes to the main entrance to El Yunque, the Rainforest Park. Also, about a 15 minute drive to Las Croabas: departing point to the Bio Luminescent tours and not far to the Ferry/Airport terminal to the Spanish Virging Islands (Culebra and Vieques). Good restaurants, very local are near our location. Luquillo is named "La Capital del Sol" (The Sunshine Capital of Puerto Rico). Playa Azul Beach is in front of us but many beautiful and diverse beaches are just a minutes walk or drive from us.
And Luquillo is one of the safest places in Puerto Rico.
