A cozy second bedroom with a Queen bed overlooks the protected wetlands and the Summer haven river and offers gorgeous views of the sunsets. Third Bedroom with a Queen bed offers ocean views with doors that open to the large ocean front deck. A Fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a playful marine inspired décor ensures that every member of your family has their own special space to relax and recharge.
The common areas center around a beautiful open floor plan with a newly renovated chef's kitchen and a comfortable living room area. The decor is beach/nautical themed and every room is comfortably furnished. In the living room is a high resolution 4K Ultra HD 65 inch flat screen TV.
Three very large decks invite you to witness the spectacular sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean or the sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy a BBQ dinner on the rear deck with sunset views or casual lunches on the ocean front deck spotting dolphins in between the waves, pelicans coasting the up breeze and sand pipers skipping the lapping waves. With fabulous restaurants in Saint Augustine and south in the Hammock/ Flagler Beach areas, the best table will still be right here, and you will have little desire to leave. Publix grocery is a 10-minute drive to the South as well as A1 Fisheries for some fresh local seafood. Two nature and historic parks are not far and the 20-minute drive into historic St. Augustine will complete a great vacation. Wireless Internet.
