This place is almost perfect, and honestly the best for the price. The check in process is super simple and the host is responsive and helpful. The only flaw we saw was lack of cookware in the kitchen, so if you plan on cooking all of your meals, you may have to buy some things. Other than that minor inconvenience, this place is amazing!

Very nice.

My lady and I had a very nice stay it was very clean and organized and was exactly how they portrayed it to be. Mr Franco was quick to respond with any questions that we had. Very easy access to the beach right across A1A. We will definitely be staying there again.

Oceanside Cutie

The property was exactly as pictured and talked about. It was very convenient for us and we could walk to places to eat. Publix was so close as were a lot of things. There was some trouble that needed attention and it was dealt with right away and it was solved immediately. That was great! I would not hesitate to book there again. Only downsides...And this is coming from someone that has stayed in a lot of places that are not hotels and may be viewed as "picky"...no side tables or couch but two chairs for the TV in the living area (they were comfortable but no arms)...a good saute pan might be nice (the one there is heat warped) and few simple spices...salt and pepper, cinnamon...and a wall clock somewhere in the living area...but, other than that...A very nice stay. This is the area I grew up in and so much has changed and yet so much as stayed the same. It was good to be back.

This a budget friendly place on right across the street from the beach. Crosswalks are available about a half block in each direction which are necessary most of the time to get across A1A. The setup is good for 2 people only. Did lack some things that would make it better. No couch to relax on. Limited towels we only had 3 for an entire week with no washer or dryer this is a stretch. No ice machine in the freezer, trays were available and you’re right next to a gas station so you can just purchase. Property does have a nice deck but no grill. The internet was a little sketchy the week were there. May be a one time think or consistent not sure. Everything else was good. Would stay here again.

Exactly as described. Location was perfect! We didn’t want to eat out every meal and had all the necessary tools to cook at home. We will definitely be back to rent this property.

Weekend stay

Next door to a psychic which was interesting. Outside of building is a little rough. Apartment is updated, clean, and has everything you need. Can't beat the location to the ocean. Will rent again.

We had a great stay at this beachside property! Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We had a seamless stay with great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Cute little place directly across from the beach. Tbey provided everything we needed for our stay. Manager answered question within 5 minutes online. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spot

Directly across from the beach. Walkable to several dining options short drive to others. Space had everything one could need. Communication was spot on and timely. We'll be back.

Great location and clean, safe apartment

Beach just across the road with easy access - sunrise walks are wonderful. Unit is clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking amenities, comfortable. Off street parking a plus. Owner very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Nice to work with him. Easy drive from here to many activities. I will stay here again as I liked the location and walking the beach.

It's a "Best buy" for the price

Mary and I stayed here in January of 18. This place was very clean and a very large place for the money. It is in a great location and a safe neighborhood. It is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

So close to beach

We just left and miss already. Small, but comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook a meal. Or if prefer very close, some in walking distance, of great restraunts. And what can you say about the beach. Just a few steps across the street. Owners very responsive. Would stay again.
