EXTRA WIDE BALCONY HAS REOPENED- BOOK NOW-

Newly renovated townhome is part of a small complex located right in Indialantic. The townhome offers a balcony with seats facing the ocean as well as patio downstairs opening up to the courtyard. The heated swimming pool allows for year round swimming and a refreshing break from the beach. The attached garage is oversized allowing for your beach gear to be stored and easy in and out of your car. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze whether you are making a holiday meal or morning coffee. Fish, build sand-castles, search for seashells, float on the waves, or swim and play in the heated pool. With great restaurants, sights to see, shopping, and golf nearby, too, you’ll find this the ideal vacation spot for your whole family.

Booked this location for a couple night stay on the coast and it did not disappoint! Beautiful property, quick 1 minute walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants. Also has everything you need to make meals right there as well. 10/10 property!

Great family location.

We absolutely loved spending our days on the beach. Great location to restaurants, surf rentals.We were bummed to go home. The only downside was garage door stopped working a couple days before we left. But still 10/10 stay!

Great Alternative to our normal Gulf side stay

The unit is very spacious and well maintained. Having a garage is a huge plus! The pool area is very nice and the beach was close! Wish there was an in unit washer and dryer, but the laundry area was very clean and way to access.

Ocean property

This was a great spot for vacation. Wake up with coffee and a view or walk right down to the ocean. We took a morning walk every day. The pool was nice to cool off in and little to no people were in it. Loved the garage and the place was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Elizabeth, For the protection of our guests we had to keep people from stepping out and falling. We are sorry the sliders are blocked 44 inches up. We understand looking at the ocean from the window is not as great as walking out on the balcony. We did let you know about the balconies prior to your booking. We understand you being a chef the current kitchen cook wear is not chef quality. We will take a second look at the current cook wear and see if we can find a balance for our future chefs in the group.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. Really liked the updated kitchen and one updated bathroom. The one balcony was not accessible, but the downstairs outside porch was nice. The pool was super nice and warm on cool nights. Our coffee maker went out, but after contacting management, they brought a new one over, immediately. We were able to watch one of the rocket launches from the beach, which was just steps away from our door. We definitely would consider going back.

Beach and heated saltwater pool for some R&R

Great location for this condo in a resort style complex. Two bedrooms, bathroom being upstairs worked great for those who retire early or get up the same. Keyless entry into the garage with remote to first floor. Beautiful, newly updated bathroom, kitchen with all supplies needed, good size and comfortable living room, dining and small desk area with sliders out to the patio. Friendly neighbors, well maintained landscape, pool area, rinse shower right off the beach was a plus, then the beach with stunning sunrises. Plan to return next season!

February Stay at the Beach

The building and grounds are dated, however this unit has been mostly updated, other than the upstairs balcony being closed. The unit was very clean, check in communication great. The pool is nice, and really nice being right on the beach and having shopping (Walmart) and eating options within easy walking distance. Nice to have a garage to pull into to load and unload, no stairs into the unit, although bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has a nice counter and sink for makeup and in room needs. Laundry is not in the unit but wasnt a consideration for our stay. Overall, this is not a high end, modern, luxury facility but it was very clean, and offered all the amenities we needed for our stay, and it is on the beach! We'd go back.
