This place over exceeded our expectations! Eloi our host took great care in every detail of the place. Fresh greenery and flowers. He was easy to contact and happily answered all our questions about the Island. It was exceptionally clean and tranquil. We got to experience the fresh fruit from the premise. We will be back! We went here on our honeymoon. It was close to many must do here on the island. The bedroom kept cool and the confy bed made for a good night's sleep.

Happy to have found this place!

Vista Del Piton was a fantastic home away from home, offering a great location to launch from and explore the pitons, waterfalls, coastline and towns in every direction. It offered a fantastic safe haven to start and end each day. Relaxing by the pool on lush grounds, peek-a-boo views of the sea all under the shadow of the iconic mountain tops was just magical. Elois was a gracious host, even providing fresh fruit and flowers grown on the property. I’m very glad to have had this stay as part of my St Lucia experience.

Our host, Elio, was wonderful. The welcoming basket of fruit, the water, wine, and helpful tips of the area were very much appreciated. He was quick to respond to our questions and did his best to accommodate our needs. The pool was clean and refreshing. We had privacy and felt immersed in a local jungle oasis. Directions to get there were accurate although the road is off the beaten path and very rough. It is in a great location close to many sight seeing options. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and a large fan in the living room area which keeps the cabin comfortable. A few small cons are that the kitchen has only the bare necessities.We found the cabin a bit crowded with furniture but to each his own. A note about the bathroom, the shower is large with hot water but to use the toilet you need to sit sideways. There is not much leg space between the toilet and vanity. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it for anyone who might be on the larger side. The shower is the only tap with hot water. The bed is very firm.

Sweet little Caribbean home. We had the 1 bedroom part which was adequate for our needs. Can’t comment on the ‘other side’ as we didn’t go in there.Our Host Eloí, who lives on the first floor of the main house, was truly fabulous. On arrival we talked to him about a couple of minor faults (toaster not working, lack of cutlery, bathroom sink hot water tap not working) and he remedied everything very quickly without question. He left ‘good morning’notes every morning before leaving for work which was a nice touch. He offered us the use of his washing machine which was great as we were staying for 3 weeks. The pool, whilst small at about 5m sq, was lovely and well maintained. The kitchen was very basic but served its purpose, but lacked things like egg cups, tin opener and decent sharp knife. The bedroom was air conditioned and the bed very comfortable. The main living room, whilst ok, was very dark because of the foliage surrounding the property, and the lights were not very bright. I would advise you to take a reading light with you if you intend reading a book! There was no dining table. You should take a good torch for any nighttime walks (restaurant about 300m away) This is a very isolated location so a decent car is essential & be prepared for some very poor roads many of which are narrow, twisty and have deep pot holes. Use water taxis from Soufrière to access Chastenet or Sugar Beach!GPS use - ‘Soley Kouche’ as destination, that’s restaurant in same lane.
