Designed by renowned Mexican architect Enrique Zozaya and extensively renovated in 2025, this beachfront estate sits on nearly 1.5 acres with over 200 feet of direct beachfront on Manzanillo Bay, the most desirable beach in Troncones, and just steps from the famed Troncones Point surf break.

Spend your days swimming in the 60-foot infinity pool, surfing The Point, practicing yoga under the palapa, exploring tide pools among the lava rocks, playing bocce ball, or watching the sunset from the beachfront terrace. The open-air living and dining areas, framed by soaring ceilings and sea breezes, make effortless gatherings and sunset margaritas the centerpiece of every stay.

The main house offers four ocean-view suites, each with an en-suite bath and private outdoor garden shower, plus a media room with an ensuite bath that converts into a fifth bedroom. The Primary Suite is a private sanctuary with its own sitting room, air conditioning, walk-in closet, and spa-like bath with an outdoor garden shower and soaking tub. A separate one-bedroom casita with its own kitchen and full bathroom offers additional space for guests, nannies, or staff.

Troncones is a laid-back surf town of just 500 residents, with world-class breaks, excellent restaurants, and a handful of shops and markets, all with an intimate, authentic feel.
