Geräumige Oase mit beheiztem Pool/Spa, überdachter Terrasse, Büro & nahe Lake Norman

Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool, location and space that our home offers for larger families. We work hard to keep the home well-maintained and invest regularly to improve the experience for our guests. Just ahead of this summer season we repainted the interior, resurfaced the deck with brand-new Trex decking, and purchased a new grill to ensure everything was fresh and ready to enjoy. The dishwasher was functioning properly prior to your stay, and while occasional issues can arise, we always do our best to address them quickly. The blinds and trim items are now on our list for replacement as part of our ongoing upkeep and updates. We plan these updates away from any guest stays so as not to disturb our guests. I’m sorry our home didn’t fully meet your expectations, but I appreciate you sharing your thoughts so we can continue making updates where needed.

I’m sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations—which you stated in your private feedback to me were that of a luxury hotel. Our home is not a luxury hotel; it’s a home—complete with four bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a private pool and spa—amenities you simply won’t find at any hotel, much less a luxury one, for anywhere near the price. The pool and spa were fully operational throughout your stay and used by your group. Your concern stemmed from expecting the spa to function like a standalone hot tub, but as we explained to you the first night, this integrated system is designed for gentle soaking, not high-powered jets. In your private feedback you also mentioned some scuff marks from luggage being carried upstairs. Unfortunately that is something that happens in a home and repainting the entire home after every stay just isn’t feasible. We always aim to offer a clean, comfortable, well-equipped space for families, and it seems the mismatch here was more about expectations than the home itself. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Every stay helps us fine-tune the experience, and while our home may not align with everyone's preferences, it continues to be a wonderful fit for families looking for space, comfort, and amenities that make gathering together special. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
