Relaxing 4 bed-4 bath w/ 3 King beds, sleeps 10, private dock & slip available!

Our house is offered for a peaceful family style vacation. If you are looking for a place for late night partying, this is not the place for you! We require you to be respectful to our neighbors! We require 10pm quiet hours and that you to move the fun indoors by 11pm.
Take the Trip!! Life is short, come see what everyone loves about the Lake of the Ozarks in our beautiful newly remodeled home! We offer 4 bedrooms- 3 rooms with king size beds and one room with a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds! Our home also features 4 full bathrooms-one on the lake level and 3 on the upper level one of which is in our Master Suite bedroom. Our house also offers 2 living room spaces so the kids can have their own area. We can make arrangements for our boat slip to be open for you to bring a boat but our lift is not offered for guest use. If you are wanting to use the slip you must let us know at booking so that we have time to make arrangements! We have parking for up to 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a trailer. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from our large open kitchen/dining room/living room area! Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV with guest log in so you can safely access your own personal apps or access the free content from Roku. This house sits in a great cove with views of the main channel, very close to the Bagnell Dam strip area as well as many great restaurants and bars. We are just finishing a major addition and remodeling of our home. The project included adding over 750 square feet to our home, new HVAC, new septic system, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms and a new deck with pergola! Our neighborhood is home to several full time residents who enjoy their peace and quiet! We require that our guests are respectful to our neighbors and keep your trip peaceful and quiet!

Upper Level- all 4 bedrooms are on the upper/street level with 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms are spacious with a closet and or dresser to accommodate all your luggage. Two of the rooms face the lake to wake up with that beautiful view. We have plenty of pillows in all varieties to accommodate every sleeper. Bath towels and make-up towels are provided.

Lake Level- the lake level has 2 separate living room areas, both with tvs. Our large open floor plan allows for great views from the kitchen, dining area and the larger living room area. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pots and pans, utensils, place setting for 10, spices, toaster, crockpot, and microwave. There is also a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Our coffee bar area features a combo K cup and traditional coffee pot maker. We provide filters and a few K cups for starters. Guests also have access to our washer and dryer with a small starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. The 4th bathroom is on the lake level.

Outdoor Spaces- Our home features a private dock with swim platform that is great for relaxing in the sun or floating in the cove. Guests are welcome to bring a boat but need to let us know at booking so that we can make arrangements to have our boat moved. Please be aware our lift is not available for guest use. We do have room for boat trailer parking and Point Randall Resort is very close with a nice ramp to launch your boat from for $10.

Parking- If you are familiar with the Lake of the Ozarks you know that parking is a hot commodity! Our home has paved roads all the way to the door, we have an upper and lower level parking area. We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. Our lower level parking area may require you to back out if the pass is blocked with neighbors cars.

THE LAKE!- Of course the best part is the lake! Our house is in a cove at the 2 mile marker of the Main Channel. You can see and hear the boats going by in the main channel but will be nicely protected if you'd like to float in the cove, one of our favorite things to do!

We are not welcoming to party trips to the lake so the primary renter must be 30 or older to rent our home. This is a really great neighborhood with great people! We will require that you be respectful to them, we will enforce 10 pm quiet hours and require that you move all activities indoors by 11pm. Please take care of this wonderful lake area and enjoy it. There is no smoking allowed in the house. We do not allow pets. The house will be stocked with starter supply of laundry and dishwasher pods, a starter supply of Keurig K cups, a traditional coffee maker and 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, if you will need more than these starter supplies you will need to bring them with you. Upon check out you will be required to load the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher, collect all your trash and take it out to the trash cans on the street side of the house as well as place all towels on the floor in the laundry room. We request that you leave all bedding on the beds so that the cleaners can inspect them easier prior to washing them.

While we would very much like for you to enjoy your trip here, we can't stress enough that we require that you treat our neighbors with respect and observe quiet hours after 10pm and move all activities indoors by 11pm. If you are wanting a place to be up late partying, this is just not the place for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this!

PLEASE NOTE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND THE PROTECTION OF OUR NEIGHBORS WE DO USE AN OUTDOOR NOISE LEVEL MONITOR. THERE ARE ALSO FIVE AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDING CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. ONE AT THE STREET SIDE COVERING THE STREET PARKING AREA, A SECOND ON THE WELL HOUSE FACING OUR ENTRY DOORS, A THIRD ON THE LAKE SIDE OF THE HOUSE COVERING OUR STORAGE AND LAKE SIDE YARD. A FOURTH MOUNTED AT THE DOCK WALKWAY TO COVER OUR DOCK AND THE FINAL CAMERA IS ON THE ROAD LEVEL COVERING OUR TRASH CANS. TAMPERING WITH THE NOISE MONITOR, CAMERAS OR THE WIFI NETWORK WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND FOR YOUR REMAINING TIME.

We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. If something comes up on short notice effecting your trip, the trip insurance can help to cover your expenses incurred due to the cancellation. Please note that our cancellation policy does allow for a 100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days prior to check in, a 50% refund if you cancel from 14-30 days prior to check in and no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to check in.

Please be aware that we do store our boat on the dock and may potentially come to get it during your visit. If we do, we will send you a message thru the VRBO app to communicate that we will be at the property briefly to pick up and later drop off the boat.
