Charming 3-bedroom POOL home

Regarding the pool, it is equipped with a properly functioning electric heater and maintained within normal operating ranges. During your stay, SW FL experienced an unusually severe cold front around New Year’s with near-freezing overnight temperatures and prolonged cold, dry, and breezy conditions. While the heater was operating as designed, these extreme weather conditions caused significant overnight heat loss. Pool temperatures can vary seasonally & are influenced by weather beyond the owner’s control. The cameras at the property are exterior-only, installed for security purposes, & are turned off for the duration of a guest’s stay. No interior areas are monitored, and guest privacy is always respected. Bedroom door locks are standard privacy locks provided for guest use, with keys available in the home. We understand situations involving young children can arise unexpectedly and appreciate this being brought to our attention. The property is considered child-friendly and families are welcome; however, this is a private residence and is not advertised or equipped as a fully childproof or baby-proofed home. Parents & guardians are expected to supervise children at all times and bring any child-specific safety items they feel are necessary.
