Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

2025 Gatlinburg Spring Break

Townhouse was perfect for us. Plenty of room and good location from the main attractions. 1 recommendation: a grill for the balcony. Families stay at such locations typically plan on eating where they stay to save money. A grill provides additional options for food.

The pictures do not represent the propriety! It’s a tri level condo. Everything is small and very compact in each room. Not much room to put your stuff. Many lights and outlets did not work. A bunch of stuff was damaged like bed frames and peeling paint. One chair was really stained in the living room. The outside screened in porch was the highlight

Hello, thanks again for choosing us. I'm sorry you found the unit small and compact, however most of our guests feel the opposite. Our location is highly desired in downtown Gatlinburg. Having three separate living areas with attached bathrooms in downtown Gatlinburg is hard to find at our price point. The listing shows the layout and clearly lists the square footage. I was unaware of any outlet. or light issues but some outlets are connected to a switch so I'm sure that was the issue. Our furniture is consistently steamed cleaned each season and I know that specific chair is little worn, but I can assure clean and still very comfortable and works very well in the living area. We try our best to please everyone and provide a clean, comfortable location for 6-8 guest in downtown Gatlinburg at a family friendly price! We will continue to be committed to this. Again, we appreciate you choosing us and hope you return the Gatlinburg again. Sincerely, Charles
