The house has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. Three full bathrooms ensure an stress-free experience.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and the dining room comfortably seats eight, there is a breakfast nook and seating at the kitchen counter. The living room has a smart TV and you are welcome to sign into your viewing accounts during your stay. A fully functioning washer and dryer is available in the laundry room for use during your stay.

Just off the living/kitchen area, is a screened lanai with lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful large pool that can be heated at an extra charge.

Guests have access to the whole house except for a storage room inside the main bathroom that is locked off for owner use.

Downtown Inverness offers a great variety of restaurants and many exciting gathering throughout the year.

The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, Three Sisters Springs as well as a variety of outdoor activities are only half an hour away. For canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing, and river tours, there’s Rainbow River in Dunnellon as well as Crystal River. Scalloping season is July to September.

For avid bikers, there’s the Withlacoochee State Trail, which runs through Down Town Inverness. The Suncoast Trail runs within sight of the Suncoast Parkway.

Property is very close to the Lakeside Country Club golf course and many other great Golf courses in the county.

Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are about an hour and 20 minutes away. Airport access

This prime location is about an hour and 20 minutes from either Orlando or Tampa International Airport.
Pool Heating – Information & Rates

Our outdoor pool is large (20 × 40 ft) and has no thermal cover, so it can cool down quickly at night, especially in cooler or windy weather. The pool is heated electrically and heating can be added as an optional extra during your stay.

March – November
Pre-heating fee: $35
Up to 7 nights: $35 per night
Additional nights: $25 per night
Maximum temperature setting: 82°F

December – February
Because of colder temperatures and wind, comfortable swimming temperatures cannot always be achieved in winter. Pool heating during these months is therefore subject to prior owner approval only based on the weather forecast.
Pre-heating fee: $50
Up to 7 nights: $40 per night
Additional nights: $30 per night

We will make every reasonable effort to heat the pool; however, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. If the water temperature does not reach the guest’s preferred level due to cold or unfavorable weather conditions, no refunds will be issued.
