Discover the charm of this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home nestled in the quaint town of Inverness, FL! Located in the heart of central Florida, we are only a short drive from many entertainment options for all ages. This home makes for the perfect vacation home for wanting to be on the go, or taking the time to relax poolside and enjoy the Florida weather!
The home features 2 queen size beds in the master suite, with an attached bathroom, that has separate shower and bath options, plus a large TV. Two additional bedrooms that each have 2 twin beds in them share a hall bathroom that features a stand up shower. The fourth bedroom feature a queen size round bed, that has a bathroom that leads out to the lanai and pool area (shower and bath are featured in this bathroom).

Perfect place for our mini retreat. The open floor plan and additional living room were perfect. Outdoor area was very nice too. Only issues was trash left in the garage and some areas needing additional cleaning like cold air return and bedroom and bath by the pool.

Nice place. Quiet area

Big house with lots of room. Perfect location for visiting family in Inverness. Don’t miss the Hernando Fresh market for produce and meats before you go to Publix for other essentials.

Beautiful, clean and very accommodating

Loved the area, close to everything. Pool was clean and beautiful but heater not working. Manager tried to get someone out to work on it but probably a long list of houses need work after storm. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will stay again

Nice Stay

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The home accommodations were exactly what was needed. The pool was not heated as requested. Found heat not working. Pool maintenance person did not repair heat & algae left pool unsafe to use. Pool sitting area very dusty. Grass 6” high. The interior was great and very roomy.

Very dirty

The place was a mess!! Cigarette butts on the pool deck, pee on the toilet seat dirty sheets on the beds and no smart tv in common area. Will never stay at that house again… not worth the money!!! Very run down and dirty… don’t waste your time and money!!!

Scammed

I booked and pre paid for 8 guys to enjoy a week of golf at Juliette Falls. On our drive up to the property, the host contacted me to say she found something closer to Juliette Falls and she would go help me contact the new host and provide a refund immediately. This was three weeks ago. Now I’m trying to get my money back but she is no longer responding to my communications. Very frustrated!

Host cancelled with less than 6 hours of stay. Still haven't got full refund.

Host cancelled on us within 6 hours of stay, still haven't fully gotten a refund. I would NOT book with host. Rented house in October for February, then got cancelled on the day of. VRBO still hasn't gotten back to me on what will be done about being cancelled on in less than a few hours. Host went from "the pool heater has issues" to "there's a flashing light, might be electrical problems" to "I'm just not comfortable with you staying there". Any advance notice would have allowed us to book somewhere besides Holiday Inn Express that cost us over double what the house was supposed to.

I'm so sorry you were not fully happy with your stay!! I was confused on the lights, as there were only two decorative bulbs we had on special order that we knew were out right before your arrival, but thank you for making us aware. There are also some double switches in the house, maybe that was the case. I'm sorry you found the master bed hard. That's always a tough one as mattress firmness is a personal preference. I would like to point out, however, that we do not advertise this home as having a "spa" as that would indicate jetted. This home does not have a pump for spa jets, it is a soaking hot tub. I truly hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and we hope you return!!

Overall not up to my standards

We requested the pool and spa be heated. It was not heated when we arrived. Manager came Over and turned it on, we waited all Day and the next evening, still ice cold. No rugs or curtains in the entire place so it feels very cold and hard, not welcoming. Shower door on master wouldn’t stay closed. Lights in master bedroom and bathroom and front patio flickered on and off constantly so we could only use lamps For lighting those rooms. Damp and Musty smell Coming from The drain in kitchen. I’m used to staying at very honey and comfortable homes, and this was not.

Classic Family vacation

Let me start by saying we had a wonderful family vacation. The trip started with great communication between the property owner/representative (Rachel). She was clear on what was needed and what should be expected. Upon arrival the home matched the pictures on the website perfectly. No bait and switch here. There was a couple of small things that popped up during the visit but they were addressed quickly and with perfect professionalism that our trip never missed a beat. We used the house as a jumping off point for multiple family day trips from the Kennedy Space center, to swimming with Manatees and searching for mermaids. Great relatively local places to eat such as Sabrina’s diner, Stumpknocker’s and Crumps landing. All highly recommended from me and my family. Lastly after all the meals and family day trips it turns out some of our favorite times was laying around the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this home and would be my first choice if staying in the area.

A tale of two houses

The checkin was smooth. The location was great, however the cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. I really felt like Julie our host was not in touch with the property. We were messaged about a hose with running water in the pool. Which was probably left there by whomever does the pool maintenance. We were cautioned about it but knew nothing about why it was there, so we did not touch it. Told about leaving lights on in the pool that are burnt out or does not work properly. Several burnt out lights around the property. Ironing board broken. Received a message before checkin about a part to fix the washer, host responded back not knowing at the time, repair was complete. While sweeping around the front door area, i lifted the mat to sweep and found a spare key that unlocks the door,(don't know the story behind it but, I did inform Julie). I was instructed to put the extra key in the box. The lack of cleaning turned a 5 star place into a 2 star. After walking around the house for a few minutes in white socks, they were as if I walked outside. The place just needs a good deep cleaning and some minor maintenence.

You did not bring up any maintenance issues with the home during your stay other then the pool lights which I had asked if they were not working to let me know, you did not respond. As I stated to you in our conversation at the end of your stay when you brought up the cleaning I did let you know I would be changing cleaning companies and I appreciated you letting me know. Perfekt

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus ist prima, gross genug für zwei Familien. Es gibt viel zu erleben in der Umgebung, wie mit Manatees schnorcheln Crystal River, Kayaking im kristallklaren Wasser vom Silver Spring Park und vieles mehr. Alles hat prima geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert, vielen Dank Myriam.
