It’s a great place in a quiet Sumida neighborhood, within walking distance to Sky Tree (20 min) It’s 3 stories tall and very narrow (typical for Tokyo) but still very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay overall. The house was modern, clean, and in a convenient location close to the train station, conbini, and local restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated the multiple bathrooms, which made it perfect for our family with kids. Minimal amenities, but in a good, uncluttered way. Highly recommend for families.

Modern and elegant apartment in a cute, quiet, residential area of Tokyo. Great place to stay with all necessary amenities. Each floor has a bathroom (WC on floors 2 & 3) which was great for our family of 5. If you stay here, make sure to stop by the fresh fruit grocer on the corner - very friendly and good produce!

Our family of 8 stayed here and found it to be a great value for our trip to Tokyo. The space was cozy but had just enough room for all of us. The living room futon was surprisingly comfortable for two people, and we all slept well. One of the bedrooms was quite small and best suited for one person, but our daughter actually loved having her own private space.The property manager was wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent, and she was always available through messaging when we had questions. We especially appreciated her kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a large gathering space where everyone can comfortably spend a lot of time together in the living and dining areas, you may find it a bit compact. However, since we spent most of our time exploring Tokyo, it was perfect for what we needed and saved us a significant amount compared to booking hotel rooms.The location was very convenient, with the train station, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart all within a short walk. There were also several small local restaurants nearby. We often relied on Google Translate to communicate, as this area seemed to cater more to locals than tourists. We actually enjoyed that aspect of the neighborhood—it felt more authentic and less crowded than the more tourist-heavy areas. We found a wonderful restaurant just around the corner and had one of our favorite meals there.Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

Great relaxing stay with the family

The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable!

The home was absolutely beautiful! The location was near a train station and several convenience stores. The view of Tokyo Skytree was beautiful from the home’s balcony. We’d absolutely stay again!
