Nach einem langen Tag beim Wandern oder Skifahren können Sie in den Whirlpool der Master-Suite eintauchen. Genießen Sie Filme auf dem 65 "4K-Fernseher mit komplettem Surround-Sound. Während Sie dort unten sind, kochen Sie Popcorn auf dem alten Mode Popcornwagen. Bringen Sie Ihre Golfschläger mit als Collindale Golfplatz ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus entfernt! Wenn Golf nicht Ihre Sportart ist, genießen Sie das neu renovierte Foothills Einkaufszentrum gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Wir lieben Tiere und wir begrüßen Ihre Hunde, um bei Ihnen zu bleiben. Das Haus ist mit einer Hundetür zum Hundelauf ausgestattet, damit Ihre Welpen dort Aufgaben erledigen können, ohne dass Sie sie rauslassen müssen. Leider haben wir Mitglieder unserer Familie, die allergisch auf Katzen sind. Aus diesem Grund sind die einzigen Haustiere, die wir zulassen können, Hunde. Wir bitten um Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Wir respektieren und lieben unsere Nachbarn. Aus diesem Grund erlauben wir nicht, auf dem Grundstück zu rauchen. Es gibt eine Nachbarschaft Commons Bereich 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, dass Sie mehr als willkommen sind, zu rauchen. Wir danken Ihnen und entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

The house was perfect for our large family. If you are needing a big house with tons of room, this is the place. Super convenient if your in town for the National Softball Tournament. 20 minutes from all fields. Would recommend 10 times over!

Family Reunion

A great place for our family reunion of 14 people. Good gathering places and nice long table with lots of chairs. Only 2 bad things: the A/C didn’t work great upstairs, and we only had 10 towels for 14 people (owner said there should have been more there and we believe him….just a cleaning crew oversight probably).

Great house for a family vacation

We had so much fun staying at this house-between the hot tub, home theater and short walks to the playgrounds. And we were only 10-15min drive from most places in town (breweries, old town, children's museum). I loved that the kitchen was well stocked so it was easy to prepare family meals. We were spoiled by all the appliances: great stove, washer/dryer, keurig (and there was a good stash of supplies, k-cups, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, tons of extra towels). We would definitely stay here again, Kevin was super helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great stay with family and friends

perfect place for our family and friends, with plenty of room for all 13 of us. The manager was super kind and responsive for a couple requests - (for extra towels, dish washer pods and liquid.) Loved ping pong and game room downstairs with over sized tv. Huge table in dining room for eating or what we did was play rich man - poor man. Hot tub was great. I could go on and on but just to say everyone commented on how perfect this house was for us. great stay! Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation and wedding

We were in Fort Collins for our family vacation and our son’s wedding. Kevin’s house had plenty of room for our family along with a few extended family members for a few days. It was great to have a nice home for everyone to gather and spend time together. We also appreciate the home being pet friendly so our dogs could be with us! The home was clean and was everything we expected. The neighborhood was also very nice and close to so many things. We would stay at Kevin’s place again in the future.

Our stay overall was awesome. The Grill propane was empty so we exchanged the bottle. We found some broken dishes that were there when we arrived. Items were not stocked very well. It was as if the company you hired to do the cleaning and stocking didn't pay attention. We went to the store and purchased all our supplies including enough blankets for 14.

I am shocked/disappointed to see that you only rated us 3 stars and to hear that you had such a significantly different experience than the 200+ stays that stayed before you. I truly wish you would have notified me if these issues DURING your stay so I could have made them better. Although, I can't help but wonder if this is because I refused to violate our local STR laws for you and your guests, as you requested I do multiple times prior to your stay. Fantastic rental home in a great quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time in Fort Collins and Colorado. We are very glad we decided to stay here. We only wish that we could stay longer. The home owner (Kevin) is very accommodating and will respond very quickly to any issues or needs. We will definitely rent the home again if we ever vacation in Fort Collins again. The house definitely met our needs. The house is very spacious and each family (three) in our group had a section of the house to sleep. It was a plus having three full sized bathrooms. We were family of nine and our grandsons enjoyed the game room area. They played ping pong, and in general chilled out watching the big screen TV. Our puppies loved the fenced in yard. The house is well located and in a great quiet neighborhood. The house is very well furnished in all respects. We loved the large gas stove and we used the outside gas grill several times during the week. The home owner made sure that the propane tanks were filled. The house is well kept and up to date. In all it was a nice house to stay in. The 5 bedroom accommodations with 3 1/2 baths, ,large family room in basement with large TV, big dining table area, spacious kitchen to cook in was all nice. There is some maintenance things needing attention, kitchen sink faucet very loose, basement bathroom sink faucet very difficult to operate, basement shower leaks water across floor, tried to assess where coming from and didn't seem to be coming from around the shower curtain, coming from the tub left corner. Only 1 ceiling fan remote control for upstairs bedrooms so made it unhandy for each bedroom to operate their fan .The front screen door iis broke, and window screens of most all windows were broke so couldn't even open windows for the cool fresh air. Be nice if each number in the reservation had a hand towel, wash cloth and more towels available. The hot tub was not able to be used, very dirty! Kevin was very nice to deal with. House is very nice in all other ways to make a great place to stay and enjoy Fort Collins area. Thank you!!

Nice location, terribly maintained

Property was conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood but in serious need of updating (the kitchen had been updated) and cleaning. Here is a list of some of items needing attention: -upon arrival the code to enter was incorrect, had to wait on the host to get back with the correct code -upon arrival there were 3 large trash cans in the garage with overflowing and very stinky trash. Host's instructions were to place cans out on Monday night which we did. Trash was not picked up until Wednesday. -many windows didn't open, and blinds were broken -beds were extremely uncomfortable, several squeaked every time someone moved on them, linens were old and worn - Not enough towels, wash clothes and soap -there was a hole in the wall in the primary bathroom - dryer took 2 complete cycles to dry clothes - ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom was so unbalanced that it was nonfunctional and made very alarming noises when momentarily turned on, plus the light didn't work -one could get scalded in the shower if someone flushed a toilet at the same time - the upstairs was uncomfortably hot while the basement was uncomfortable cold, with no way to regulate -the large bedroom upstairs smelled like dog urine at times -the outside of the house and patios were filthy Overall, the house was a big disappointment and very dirty. My daughter-in-law said that it felt like it had been quickly cleaned after a major frat party. We did not feel like we got value for the money we spent.

My family stayed at this VRBO to attend a family wedding. The place is so big three couples had their own floor and bathroom. Gathering places near the fireplace and dining table were great. The kitchen is well stocked. I would rent this VRBO if I were you!

Excellent for family reunion!

Plenty of space to accommodate our family: family room and formal living room/dining room were great for board games and visiting. Plenty of room for meals and snacks. Lower level was great for movies and ping pong. Bonus that the young adults had a place to visit. Appreciated the nice laundry room. You can WALK to the golf course!
