Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious, comfortable home is the perfect choice for a family-friendly getaway. Enjoy dinner, sunset and views of the Foothills through the trees on the upper-level deck and evening soaks in the private hot tub. Or gather around the fire pit, unwind with a seasonal beer and share stories under the starry Colorado skies.
Just three doors down - enjoy easy access to the Spring Creek Trail, a Fort Collins treasure! You’ll find it perfect for leisurely walks, morning runs or hop one of the three provided cruiser bikes for a fun adventure around town on the trails! This home is perfectly centered less than 3-4 miles to CSU and Old Town or the nearby trails at Horsetooth Mountain Open Space. If you don’t want to drive, the Spring Creek Trail can get you there! Enjoy the convenience of several community parks, a dog park, and stores in the vicinity. Kids will adore the children's play structure in the backyard and pets will love roaming the fully-fenced backyard. Check, check and check!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a flagstone patio, private hot tub, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating, and a children’s play structure with swings. There is also an elevated balcony with an outdoor dining table, pergola and propane BBQ grill. Three complimentary cruiser bikes are available for your use!
INDOOR LIVING: The downstairs living room features an indoor electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV, laptop-friendly workspace, card table, dart board and board games. There is also a 55” Roku Smart TV in the main living room upstairs, plenty of comfortable seating, and a dining room table with seating for 8.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. There are also tons of kid-friendly amenities including a highchair, baby gate, pack n play, and more!
