After a long day of adventure, retreat to the dreamy main bedroom which provides a king size bed that looks out to your private balcony. Attached to the main bedroom is a luxurious full bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, attached is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a full size bed as well as a twin/twin bunk bed set. The beautiful guest bathroom also offers an all-tile walk-in shower.

3 FULL BATHROOMS: All bathrooms with full size walk-in showers. Master bath has massive walk in with rain shower-head and wall option.
Bath Towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, blow dryers are provided. Tushy bidets are in master bath and bathroom 2.

LIVING ROOM: 65" SMART TV, Layzboy sofa, loveseat and additional leather single seaters. Board games, poker set and books available in TV cabinet. Full spectrum TV lineup. Amazon echo speaker.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dining-ware for 10, cutlery, pots & pans, griddle, toaster oven, dutch oven, baking sheets, crockpot, drip coffee maker, keurig pro, Bialetti espresso pot and french press. Samsung stainless-steel appliances.

DINING: Dining table seats up to 6 with 2 additional folding seats - 4 seats with the set , kitchen island seats 5.

LAUNDRY: LG Washer/Dryer as pictured. Powerful vacuum available.

BALCONY: Private balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs with tables. Accessible by large sliders from master bed & living room.

BEACH: Very short walk, top notch beach wagon provided with big tires (envy of the beach when we go), 4 beach chairs provided, beach toys and cooler on the wagon. Archibald beach has great lounger, chair, table, umbrella and paddle-board rentals through Saltwater Destination right at the beach in front of the snack shack.

POOL: HEATED pool for condo guests only.

PARKING: 2 free covered parking spaces directly at the stairs to your rental. Very convenient. Additional parking spots available for >2 cars with window parking pass.

Supplies provided to get you started:
Kitchen - 1 big roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 3 dish tablets, 3 trash bags, 3 laundry pods
Per bathroom: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bar of soap, 2 toilet paper, 1 hand soap

-A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is required 2 days before check-in.

No underage drinking is allowed. Active monitoring for violations of this policy.

NO SMOKING We reserve the right to bill the credit card on file for violations of the policy. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds or thrown from the balcony. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. We are local owners and inspect the unit after stays.
