The property was spacious and comfortable but not very clean, found beer bottles under furniture, filthy rugs and more. A couple beds had the wrong size sheets on them as well. The internet was only 2.5 g and Trying to stream anything on TV in living room was frustrating as it kept cutting out due to buffering issues.There were only 2 parking spaces not 3.For a house that sleeps 10 very poorly equipped kitchen. There were several small saucepans, one medium size pot and no large pots at all. There was not a single piece of cookware for the oven or any kind of large bowls, mixing, salad or other. There was a broken keurig coffee pot and a mini Mr Coffee. The icemaker in the freezer is not connected, no light over the stove. The only tableware was a set of 8 beat up plastic dinner plates and bowls. Cooking and serving meals difficult to say the least.Front door lock stopped working shortly after we arrived. We called the management company who sent some one out. They sprayed WD 40 and it worked for a couple days. We called again and they sent someone out who sprayed WD 40 and replaced batteries. It worked for a couple days and then did not work (again).After that we just left the door open. We mentioned many of the above issues and others to the management company and found them non responsive. They did drop off some potholders and dish towels because there were none. Overall for the price point of this property it was a very disappointing stay.

4th of July weekend

The place was nice, however there were a few things we noticed when we arrived. The t.v. stand in the living room/front room was broken, the door on the left side basically fell to the ground when we opened it trying to find a remote for the t.v. There were 3 t.v. remotes in drawer above those doors, which all were old, didn't match the t.v. & had no batteries. It was 1 of the kids who found that the remote in the downstairs bedroom worked for the t.v. in the main front room/living area downstairs. Also, noticed some shells broken off/missing from the C on the letters along the wall of the stairway, we saw several roaches & the temperature in the house was not able to be adjusted, no thermostat in site so we had the same temperature in the house the whole time we stayed there, which was abit uncomfortable in the evening mostly. The smallest room in the house had no t.v., not much else to do but sleep in there, was a awkward set up which felt more like a timeout room. It was a pricey stay for these things we noticed, I feel they need to do better on advertising.
