Ideal for hosting multiple generations, the unique owner suite features two queen beds and two full baths, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy. Two separate TV entertaining spaces on the first and third 1st floors allows kids and adults to watch movies and play board games in their own private spaces. From beach toys to chairs, the house is equipped with everything you need for a fun day by the water, while bikes are available for easy access to explore the town and its surroundings.

Dog-friendly and equipped with modern amenities such as Netflix streaming and a gas grill, this home is designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a memorable stay by the beach in Dewey Beach, DE.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
