The living room has comfortable leather sofas, tiled flooring, and a flat screen TV with FireStick for watching all your favorite movies.

The kitchen is a very good size, with modern appliances and plenty of countertop space. It comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When your food is ready, you can eat in the kitchen dining area, which will seat up to 4 people, or you can eat in the formal dining area, which has seating for up to 6.

The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky bugs out, and it backs onto a conservation area. The pool itself is sparkling, lagoon shaped, and inviting. It’s the perfect place to cool off after busy days.

For those who want to work on their tan, there are sun loungers for use by the pool and for those who want to be outside but out of the sun, there is a covered lanai.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an ensuite shower room that doubles as a pool bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds which are perfect for younger children.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, AC, private driveway and garage and in-unit laundry facilities.

Please note that this home is classed as "self providing". We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. With Walmart situated next to the community, supplies are on the doorstep!

Damage Protection coverage at a cost of $89 (non refundable) will be required for bookings into this home (details will be confirmed during the booking process).

All guest names will need to be provided, along with a photo I.D. to ensure you are properly registered prior to your arrival.

The villa is situated 5 minutes from the US27 Highway, with shopping plazas and multiple chain eateries available in the immediate area, including a supermarket. There are additional restaurants and shopping opportunities just another five minutes south, on Hwy 192 which also takes you to Walt Disney World and beyond.
The larger shopping area of Rolling Oaks is a short 15 minutes away on the US192 and the I4 interstate, which provides easy access to beaches on either the East or West coasts, is just 30 minutes away.
