This Northern Michigan Escape is a compact (~850 sqft)), charming home that offers a cozy space that sleeps up to 4 adults plus 4 smaller adults/children.

Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 king bed that has direct access to the main floor bathroom with breathtaking views of Martin Lake
- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 2 twin beds beds with amazing views overlooking Martin Lake
- BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 4 built-in single size bunk beds and a dresser with some storage. Top 2 beds have a weight limit of 100 lbs max while bottom 2 beds can support heavier weights.

Bathrooms: we provide quality towels (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel), premium, sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap), and an initial supply of toilet paper (enough for a several days).

- BATHROOM 2 (upper level): 3/4 bath (standing shower)

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices plus a gas grill outside. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, ground coffee, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g., ketchup, mayo, mustard), trash bags, dishwasher pods and paper towels. Longer stays or a large number of guests will need to bring extra.

Entertainment: We provide some of the most popular, family-friendly board games (e.g., Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, Rummikub). A paddle boat and a row boat (guests use of paddleboat and row boat at their own risk).

Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake.

Back Deck: there is a gas grill, along with an outdoor dining area that seats four. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore.

Beach Area: feel free to use the two community fire pits to make smores or to sit around for conversation (located in the beach area). Guests can purchase firewood from our community manager or bring their own, which are sold at nearby gas station and many private individuals in the areas (see road side signs).

Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot. Snowmobile trailer parking is not allowed due to the limited parking lot space, however there are several parking lots for snowmobile trailers within a 5 miles radius.

**Please note before booking there is no AC and washer/dryer in the property. There are laundromats in the town of Gaylord, if needed, and we do offer portable fans. Additionally, due to HOA regulation, the fireplace has been converted into an electric-only fireplace.**
