Located in the Taylor-Berry neighborhood, this upstairs loft sleeps 6 and is completely separated from the hosts downstairs business.

Upon entering the back deck entrance, you have an open concept dining and kitchen area that flows directly into the wet bar/coffee bar. Sit and relax in one of the 2 sitting chairs while sipping on some Kentucky bourbon or a Nespresso provided upon your arrival.

The living room includes a couch, sitting chair, 65” Smart TV and lots of lighting.

There are 2 bathrooms off the living room, one full with a stand up shower and the other is a half bathroom with a stackable Washer & Dryer.

• Bedroom 2 includes a QUEEN luxurious Purple mattress
• Bedroom 3 includes two TWIN plush Nectar mattresses (w/trundle)

The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, Airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine (no stove). You will have coffee and tea available for you, and of course silverware, dishes and glassware.

Bathroom is stocked with hand soap, some extra TP, towels and hair dryer. Please hang your towels to dry after use, and we prefer to use the black washcloths for washing makeup off.

The entire 2nd floor is yours to enjoy. There is no access to the 1st floor. You have a dedicated walkway in the front that leads upstairs to the back door entrance to ensure your privacy while you come and go as you please. We offer self check in and check out for your convenience. There is one parking space in front of the building and plenty of free street parking.

Building has camera’s outside for your security. We are next door to Speedway gas station which gets traffic night and day. It can get a little noisy so those wanting a complete tranquil stay, should stay in a less urban area.
