Dieses kürzlich renovierte (im Dezember 2016 fertiggestellte) 2 Schlafzimmer, 1, 5 Bäder-Stadthaus liegt in einer großartigen Lage, nur 1,6 km vom Skigebiet entfernt und direkt an der kostenlosen Buslinie (10 Minuten Fahrt). Es bietet bequem Platz für 6-7 Erwachsene, bietet einen malerischen Ausblick auf die Piste und ist eine fantastische Ferienwohnung.

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön in einem modernen Bergstil eingerichtet. Es hat einen großen offenen Wohnbereich im ersten Stock, der einen herrlichen Blick auf den Berg bietet. Werner. Es umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, ein brandneues Schlafsofa und einen Kindersitz, einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, eine Smartphone-Stereoanlage und einen Kamin, wodurch das Gerät extrem köstlich bleibt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über brandneue Edelstahlgeräte, individuelle Schränke, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und ein großes Waschbecken im Landhausstil. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch ein Wasserklosett.

Beide Schlafzimmer, das Badezimmer und Waschmaschine / Trockner befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das andere über ein Etagenbett mit einem großen Bett unten und zwei Einzelbetten oben. Beide Zimmer haben einen fantastischen Blick auf den Berg. Werner und viel Stauraum. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine brandneue geschwungene Badewanne / Dusche und einen Waschtisch mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatte.

Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein großer Schrank, in dem Sie Ihre gesamte Ausrüstung aufbewahren können.

Genießen Sie ein Bad in den Gemeinschafts-Whirlpools (ganzjährig) und am Pool (nur im Sommer). Sie sind nur etwa 175 Schritte entfernt.

Noch näher, etwa 125 Schritte, befindet sich die Haltestelle der kostenlosen Buslinie. Busse fahren alle 20 Minuten und Sie sind nur etwa 10 Minuten von der Basis der Gondola / Base Area, Restaurants & Pubs und dem Transit Center entfernt, von dem aus Sie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Innenstadt und weitere Restaurants und Pubs erreichen.

Die meisten Berghütten, einschließlich dieser Eigenschaft, sind nicht klimatisiert. Fans sorgen für Ihren Komfort.

Great Place

This place was great for our group of 4 adults. Everything was clean and well stocked and the beds/pillows were cozy. No issues parking our 2 cars in the parking lot. The location is a bit far from town and the slopes (not walkable) but the shuttle picks you up right at the end of the road, which could not have been more convenient.

Great winter getaway

This condo was perfect for my group’s ski weekend. The living space felt larger than what the photos show, which was a pleasant surprise. The pull out couch is not comfortable, as others mention, but the rest of the sleeping situation is great. Kitchen is fully stocked to allow for group cooking / dinners. Very convenient with the bus stop just across the street.

It was a nice place. Kitchen had everything. bummed that the second bathroom was only a toilet. it had no sink or mirror which made it tricky for a family of 6 to get ready.

Dreamboat Summer Stay

Enjoyed our time. Used the grill and deck. Woke to Mountain View’s from the bedroom. Fans all got significant use during heatwave. Would appreciate covering options for door and sidelights as it lets in significant sun and limits privacy after dark.

Great Home

A great home for anyone looking to ski or explore the rockies. Steamboat is minutes away by car, foot, or bus, and the area is nice. Everything inside was clean, working, and well-maintained. My only gripe is that it sleeps 7 adults and "linens are included" but there was only one bath towel for our group of 6 guests. Sheets and hand towels were there, but it's a real bummer getting back from the mountain to realize that you cannot shower/use the hot tub due to lack of towels.

The cleaners normally put extra towels under the sink and in closets. If you did not see them there we wish you would have texted us, our phone number is all over the guestbook and check in email and we are very responsive and would have had them to in an hour or less as we normally stock about 11 sets of towels.

Hot Air Balloon Rodeo weekend

The location was perfect for a long weekend stay. We really appreciated the cleaniness, easy check in/out, and the extra fans to help cool the place during the warm summer evenings. The location of the condo was great. The area was quiet and clean. It is very close to the ski resort. There is a nearby bike trail that allows for a smooth ride into town, which was great to avoid the main roads. Would definitely stay again!

Please read - great place with caveats

I want to start by saying that we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and well maintained. That said, there were a couple of issues, some which could be remedied by the management/owner and some that are environmental and not preventable. It’s a very cozy and comfortable place and well stocked. The fireplace is wonderful and heats the whole house! The light switches are a little tricky to figure out switch what turns on which light. The hot water can run out pretty quickly, so plan accordingly. One thing to note if you are sensitive to odors or fragrances of any sort - not sure if was fabreeze or the laundry detergent, but there is a strong fragrance odor in the house. I had a headache for the first day. Just an FYI. I’m sure some people won’t be affected by the smell. Finally, the neighbors. We went during covid safer at home and before the mountain opened for skiing, however, there is a house that likes to party two units away and across the street people were setting off fireworks. Not sure what the usual winter crowd is like, but that was our experience. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and think that the place is great with those caveats as mentioned. I hope others find the review helpful and that the owners make the changes/adaptations noted.

Sorry you experienced that, as well as loud neighbors. We have not heard about that either and wonder if it was another rental nearby.

The good: Booking and check-in was a breeze; the rooms were clean, kitchen fully equipped, and it was reasonably priced. We also liked the deck. The bad: The washer/dryer combo is not user friendly and takes hours to complete and I mean hours. Based on the pictures I thought there would be a beautiful view, however, nothing but parking lot Overall, the good wins because it is what folks are looking for, well kept, good location and great price. I would rent again.

Great place to stay with your family

I stayed at Whistler home with my ex husband and three kids. The townhouse was nice and clean. It is a little bit smaller from what I expected from pictures but sufficient enough to accommodate our needs. There were a plenty of household supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. - obviously I am writing my review during COVID-19 time. The clean kitchen had everything I needed to cook a simple dinner once in a while. The washer works great but is inconvenient, as the washer has a dryer option and it takes longer than usual to do the laundry. The huge porch area in front of the building with a gas grill is amazing. That’s where we spend our evenings and ate most of the times.

Overall, the condo was okay. I was very frustrated by the washer/dryer combo unit, because having a dryer that cannot be run on its own is impractical in a winter climate, especially with kids. Every night our gloves, boots, hats, etc. would be wet and it would be have extremely helpful to be able to put them the dryer. I was also frustrated by the lack of space and particularly the lack of storage in the master bedroom. Although there was a closet that had a couple of shelves, the closet was difficult to get to with the lack of space in the room. This resulted in us having to live out of our suitcases for 9 days.

Great spot

Great experience, everything is new. Easily accommodated : adults + 2 kids. Safe easy environment for kids. Had family and friends in and out- with room to spare. Quiet townhome. Would stay again. ITrip Steamboat responded immediately to a few things we had questions on.

Great Stay

Had a great time. The unit is clean and accurately described in the Airbnb write-up. The decor is very well done and tasteful. I would stay again. It was also an advantage that it is not in the crowded downtown area.
