Werner, Sleeping Giant & Smaragdberg und macht eine fantastische Ferienwohnung. Perfekt zwischen dem Berg und der Innenstadt gelegen, ist es nur ein paar Meilen entfernt von beiden. Dieses Eaglepointe Town Home bietet bequem Platz für 10 Erwachsene.

Die Top-Level verfügt über zwei Master Suiten. Die King-Master-Suite verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Badezimmer, Whirlpool und einen privaten Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Queen-Master-Suite bietet ein eigenes Bad, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine spektakuläre Aussicht.

Der Wohnbereich, die Küche und das 3. Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der Hauptebene. Entspannen und Lounge am Kamin im Wohnbereich auf den bequemen Sofas. Es gibt einen Balkon auf der Hauptebene mit fantastischem Bergblick und einem Grill. Dieses Niveau hat auch ein komplettes Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Küche hat alles und mehr müssen Sie bleiben und kochen. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen und es gibt 4 weitere Sitzplätze an der Küchentheke.

Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist auf der unteren Ebene und man kann bequem schlafen 4 mit Etagenbetten, ein Tagesbett und trundle Bett. Es gibt ein Badezimmer direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer.

Es gibt einen schönen, offenen Platz direkt neben der Unterkunft mit einer Feuerstelle (nur Frühling, Sommer und Herbst).

The location was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook while there. Restrooms were stocked well with clean towels.The mountain views were amazing from every angle. This deserves a five star, the only down side was that the fusball table wasn't set up and ready for use and I did find some trash on the patio adjacent to the living room.

Great location

Our 3 night stay was wonderful in this perfectly located condo. Close to the mountain, the town, groceries, coffee, etc. The unit had everything we needed and more. Kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware, dishes and utensils. Comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Stay for a Long Weekend with Friends

Stayed here with four friends for a 3-night trip from February 27 to March 2, 2025, and overall, it was a pretty solid spot for a group getaway. The townhome itself was decent — nothing super fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for the five of us to spread out, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out after long days on the mountain.

Very cozy and clean house for an amazing ski trip

House is clean, well-maintained. Super close to steamboat ski resort (6 mins drive) and we had a good time hanging out with a group of friends. Check in/out instructions are clear and communications are very effective.

Great Getaway

Wonderful house in a great location. It's proximity to everything was so helpful. It was cute, clean, and perfect for our group. The only thing I'd say, is the downstairs is super chilly, and often we could feel cold air coming in through the closes window in the room.

As the previous reviews stated, the common spaces are very tight. You can either have a dining table or a seating area. We had eight people and didn't make dinners, so it worked great for us. Plenty of beds and space in the garage to store gear.

Well located. Convenient to everything. Property was a bit dated and galley kitchen was one occupant only. Appliances were updated. Common space was a bit tight for more than 4 adults. Overall very adequate accommodations.

Cozy and Close to steamboat ski mountain

The townhouse is cozy. We enjoyed our ski trip at the lovely place. It’s only about 10 mins away from the nearest free parking lot of ski area. Kitchen has everything we need. Four bathrooms are very needed for a large group like us. The host would check you for any needs and respond very quickly! Didn’t know it would have discount sometime. So make sure you check with the host for potential promotion before booking.

Ski vacation - be aware of limited bus transportation

Over all nice place. We were a group of 10 on a ski vacation. Listing is inaccurate regarding bus transportation. Bus (actually a van) had limited hours and limited area of coverage. In addition to the inaccurate VRBO listing, the welcome book in the condo had totally inaccurate transportation information. Not an issue if you plan to have a car.

Our listing is accurate, this house is on the city bus line and there are options to connect to the routes around town and the area. You told us you hadn't done any research and were "winging it" , our reservation team is always available to answer any questions when booking. Like any city in the world the bus times and routes are controlled by the town and doesn't provide the same flexibility of renting a car. Your family mentioned they were able to use the bus line successfully during their stay and we also provided free luggage storage at arrival and two complimentary shuttle rides around town while you got your bearings. Please do consider coming to visit again and we can certainly help find a spot that best fits your groups needs

Steamboat Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The home was close to everything. It had plenty of room, however, a bit deceiving. In the pictures, there was a 6 person table. Due to the small size on the family room/dining area, there was not enough room for a table unless you pushed the couch over to set up the table which was in pieces against the wall. We ended up just using the bar stools to eat at the kitchen counter. Also, the lock on the front door died, so had to use the garage to enter and leave the home.

Snowmobiling trip

We took a snowmobiling trip to steamboat springs, CO with 7 guys from different states. We usually got a hotel but not his year we decided to rent this townhouse. It was great. It had a kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cups and etc. the place was clean overall. Cons: The carpet was a little worn and dirty. We don’t wear shoes in our Homes. Wood flooring would be a good change. No parking for trailers. As we brought our snowmobiles And we had to leave our trailer unattended at a hotel near by.

Great Location, Beds for a Large Group

The property is in a great location near town and the ski resort. We had beds for 4 adults and 5 kids without issue. The property is a bit dated. Kitchen is on the older side, TVs are not "Smart" hard to get to Netflix and no option for and other streaming services or cable TV that we could get to work. Grill needs to be replaced. Cozy, but worked for what we needed it for.

The house suited our group of ten well. Having a bathroom on each floor was definitely a plus. Master bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The room on the ground floor was great for three young boys. Kitchen was small but well equipped. There was a decent little sledding hill right next to the home which provided some solid entertainment for the kids. Only reccompndation I’d have to the owner it’s to put some floor mats in at the main entry. It’s gets a little sloppy from snow/ski boot traffic. All in all, it was a great place for us.

Wonderful experience

Condo was a wonderful little getaway for me and my buddies. Plenty of room and very clean . I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and friendly everyone we met in the complex was . I'd definitely stay again .

Good location and amenities

The description of the property was accurate. It was a nice location being close but not too close to the main street. There were plenty of supplies like spices, cookware, towels, etc. It did get a little warm during the day but that's to be expected in July, it was nice that there were fans located in every room. There were dogs around the property so you could hear them barking but it never interrupted my sleep. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great place for our 2 families with 5 kids!
