Loved our stay!

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 5 children, ages 8-12. Great use of space in the condo and the bunk room slept all 5 kids. Great location to ski hill! We enjoyed it all!

Great weekend in the Boat

Decided to take a weekend trip to Steamboat on a Tuesday, found this nice little place that afternoon, and had a great weekend here. Lots of bed spots for friends and family to join in the fun.

The property was great . but had a few minor concerns left a message for the property manager and never herd back. other than that we loved it and would recommend it .

Steamboat Springs Skiing Holiday

This was great accommodation for our family. We are 5 adults and the apartment was a good size. It was very warm and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedclothes of good quality. It was great having a washer/dryer. The things I would have liked are a broom or vacuum cleaner and a rack for drying clothes. We were there for two weeks and the floor became quite grubby with the grit from the path outside. All in all a great apartment in a fantastic location.

Pretty Good Stay

Overall, we had a great time staying in this rental. It was super close to the base of the resort, was clean, and they let us check in early. They did ask us to leave our skis on the porch, but didn’t provide the key to the ski closet. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our skis just sitting on the porch overnight. Also, they only provided two parking permits for us, but we had three cars. They should have included that information in the listing so we could have planned accordingly. Other than those two things, this is a great spot!

Property was clean everything in the apartment as far as tensile and coffee and things like that were OK did not like its location as located from the parking lot was too far away for 380-year-olds to carry luggage into the apartment. Condo rent were not very helpful at all I called them about getting maybe another place to stay closer to the parking lot and they never responded was very disappointed about that. Would not recommend rent to anybody.

Good location

This property was in a good walkable to the slopes place. The Retreatia rental Office was a mess. Having to stop by without a rental car ahead of checkin wasted hours, Shuttle was unreliable. Home is in decent shape. All of the furniture is way too big and made it too tight for 7 guests. Sofa cushions are torn. The trundle bed upstairs is not usable. The mattress is not even comfortable enough to lay on. Kitchen was well stocked. Wouldn’t recommend more than 6 guests with current bed situation though. Overall a good spot but was much smaller than we had thought.

It sounds like there were a few things that didn't quite meet expectations during your stay. It’s great that the location was convenient and the kitchen was well-stocked, but it’s unfortunate the check-in process with Retreatia caused delays, and the shuttle wasn't as reliable as you'd hoped. It’s also good feedback for future guests that the furniture was oversized for the space, making it feel cramped for 7 people. The issues with the trundle bed and the uncomfortable mattress in particular sound like they really impacted your comfort. I can imagine that could be frustrating. It seems like the home might be better suited for smaller groups, so it's good advice for anyone planning a stay with more than 6 people to be aware of the bedding situation. Would you consider coming back to the same spot if some of these issues were addressed, or are you thinking about finding somewhere else next time?
