Coco4Fun New Luxury Canal Front with Pool/Spa/Dock

Summary:

Thank you for taking the time to look at CoCo4fun in Coco Plum! My wife and I spent years staying in vacation rentals around the world and used all of that knowledge to design a place where the home is the vacation. We completed construction and began renting in January of 2025 so this is a new house. Read below for the highlights!



The Space:

All about our space:

~ Four primary bedroom suites each with a king sized bed and your own en-suite bathroom. We also have a powder room located off the family room. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, soap and basic amenities.

~ Open floor plan with modern kitchen, amazing seascape themed hardwood + resin dining table, and spacious living room allows for great family time while you watch movies on the 77 inch OLED 4k tv with surround sound and streaming. Two large comfortable couches and two chairs allow for your group to wind down together.

~ Our family loves to cook so the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the things you need to chef it up! Including but not limited to pots, pans, utensils, spices, coffee maker (standard drip coffee pot and Keurig), Instapot, knives, toaster, KitchenAid mixer, blender (regular and ninja),

~ Kitchen island contains a built-in beverage cooler for storing all your drinks, allowing for you to have plenty of cold beverages on hand.

~ Washer, dryer, high chair, playpen all at your disposal.

~ If you want to enjoy dinner outside, the 32 foot long screened in porch overlooking the pool with a stunning view of the canal is set up with a table that has seating for 10 and a L shaped couch for lounging in the shade. It is also ideal for a board game night with plenty of games provided.

~ Need to do a little work? The office is located off the living room and has a desk, office chair, and a couch that pulls out into a bed for your extra guests.

~ Our pool area is ideal for rest and relaxation. Unwind next to our large pool and enjoy the temperature controlled water (heater and chiller). Sore muscles from a day of fishing? Let the hot tub soothe your aches away. Lots of floating toys and life jackets are stored by the pool.

~Have a lovely barbecue outside with the large Weber Genesis propane grill located on the lower level by the pool

~ Grab a life jacket and head out on an adventure using the two paddle boards, two two-person kayaks, or jump in one of the two single person kayaks and go explore the mangroves of Curry Hammock State park or simply paddle over to the General Store.

~ Enjoy one of the four three speed bicycles to ride over to Coco Plum beach or down to the end of the road to catch the sunset.

~ All that and we are just getting to the dock! House is located on a deep-water canal with 70 feet of PVC dock. The dock has bumpers, water, electric, and a fish cleaning station. The wide, deep-water canal leads out to world renowned Atlantic fishing and can easily accommodate the majority of vessels.

Guest Access:

Guests will have complete private access to the entire vacation rental home and property.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located oceanside in the Coco Plum neighborhood in Marathon. Access to Coco Plum beach is within walking / biking distance as well as convenience stores and marinas. Shopping and restaurants are a 5 minute car ride away!



Other Things to Note:

Pool and spa heating/chilling is an additional $300 per week excluding applicable taxes and fees.

This home does not allow pets.

Strict no smoking/vaping indoors or on balconies. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.



Cancellation Policy - Strict – 60 day

Cancellations 60 days before check-in receive a 100% refund minus service/administrative fees.

Cancellations within 60 days of check in receive 50% refund minus service/administrative fees.

Cancellations within 30 days of check in receive no refund.

Cancellation penalties are waived if due to hurricane evacuation orders.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is professionally managed by PRO VRO LLC. A local property manager is on call 24/7 should you have any questions or need any assistance during your stay.
